Faked Date of Birth on my Driver's License

any news regarding marissa arizalla? need to change my DL birthdate.

Just go to east avenue and go to the new license section and ask for change of birthdate, im not sure if si marissa yun. Dont worry mabait yung babae and about it alam ng buong lto ang mga ganyang fake births. Sabi nga nya average of 5 persons change their bday per day dahil sa daya nuon.

I called up LTO and was informed that I could get the license right away? Is this correct? I can do it at other LTO centers and not only in the main East Ave. branch?

pag date ang babaguhin kailangan doon sa main branch ng LTO hindi pwede sa mga satellite offices.

Update! (LTO East Ave. Diliman Ofc)

I just had my license revised this morning. Finally after 19 years my faked birth year is now correct! I can now use my Drivers License as a valid ID.

Good news! I paid only P593.00 including penalty for late renewal (P75) and revision of records (P100).
No more P5000 penalty!
No more Drug Testing!

I got my license card after 1.5 hours waiting from start to finish.

I just went to LTO East Ave Diliman Licensing Center, proceeded to the Customer Service Reception, presented orig and xerox of my NSO Birth Certificate, requested for revision of Birth Year, proceeded outside to get Medical exam from accredited doctor, filled up Application form for license renewal, got affidavit of descrepancy from xerox attendant, submited all documents at window 4, got picture taken at window 2, paid P593 at window 6, then my new license with my real birth date was released in window 5.

Good day, ask ko lang po if pwede pa magpa bago ng birthyear sa DL. Dinaya po kasi ung saakin ng 1 taon. Then after sana maitama ung birthyear ko, apply po ko ng professional license. Di ko po kasi alam papano process. Plano ko po is iparenew ko muna ung current license ko then ipatama ung birthyear tapos after renewing my license aapply na ko ng professional DL. Tama po ba ung ganitong process? Thank you.

I just went to lto east ave. yesterday.. Gusto ko kasi mag change ng date of birth kasi dinoktor ko un when i was 15 yrs. old kung ikaw ay nag doktor ng birth certificate wala ka magagawa malalaman at malalaman parin nila un.. Oo walang penalty if talagang type of error ang ngyari sa DOB mo pero pag nalaman nila na dinoktor mo you need to pay the penalty 5,100 and wait for 2 to 3 weeks para mabago na ang date of birth..

Requirements.
B. certificate or nso
Valid i.d
Drivers license
Amount of 5,100

Note: sa main office lang ang pwede mag change ng date of birth sa lto east ave. qc

hello po sa lahat..newbie here.got a problem on my DL too.kelangan ko din kasi machange yung birthdate ko kasi nga yun dinoktor ko nun instead of 1988 ginawa kong 1987 tsaka yung middle initial ko na spelling yun talaga ang typo error.pareho pa rin po ba yung steps last year kapag magpapachange ho ako ng birthdate at spelling ng middle initial ko ngayon?urgent kasi eh..pls reply po sa inyo.salamat

Basta punta kayo sa east avenue LTO sa licensing sa may chapel then sabihin nyo si mam marissa... yun na at siya ang magaayos ng license nyo.... galing ako sun kanina at ok na sa wednesday makukuha ko na license ko vard type agad

hindi ko sure kung ubra ito sa mga nag pa tanda sa driver license. try to get student permit. then apply for non pro.. tingin ko hindi naman match yan. kasi magkaiba ng date of birth. pwding pareho ng pangalan pero magkaiba ng date of birth. problem sa picture at signature. baka mahalata.

Ako din almost 20 ng iba ang date of birth. I got my license when I was in highschool pa kasi I asked before, sabi masu-suspend yung license, kaya wag na lang.
