alam ko considered deliquent na yan, since more than 2yrs expired. you need to apply sa main office, parang new application na rin pero malamang hingan ka ng affidavit of loss.

*skyFlakes88 sir 5100 ang penalty then wait ka po ng 5days tapos babalik ka para mag pa pics at signature sa licensing then pay the license fee of 573pesos then yun na po wait ka nlng ng ilang minutes at makukuha mo na card type with the correct DOB..☺😊😀

Sir question lng yung 5 days ba na waiting time e wala kang license? Planning to go there this Thu but my DL is expired. 5 days waiting is equal to 5 days without driving. OFW po and has limited time only. Maraming Salamat!

i believe you can drive already, even if only the OR is what you have. alam naman nila na may problema sa plastic...
ask them also, what you have to do so that your representative may get your plastic DL, in case you are not able to get it before you leave.

Sure po kaya na pwede magpapalit ng birthdate sa LTO east avenue? From 1969 gagawin 1971. Taga batangas kasi ako pero baka di pwede magpapalit dito sa batangas. Isabay ko n din sana ang pagrerenew ng lisensya ko. Salamat po sa sasagot sa inyo.

Magtanong ka muna dyan sa Batangas licensing center bro para mas malapit sa iyo.

Magdala ka na rin copy ng birth certificate mo.

Mas sigurado pa nga makakakuha ka dyan ng plastic card kaysa east avenue.

madali magpapalit ng edad sa lisensiya. basta lang suportado ng birth certificate.
ang birth certificate ang hindi madali palitan ng petsa!

After 1 year siguro wala na yung "mabait" na opisyal na nagpapalusot ng mga may kalokohan sa lisensya.

Dala ka ng birthcertificate photocopy at orig. Dalin mo din Drivers lisence mo, photo copy at orig. Dala ka ng cash 5,100. At kung renewal kana din dagdag ka ng 700

Well kagagaling ko lang din sa East Ave to have my license birthdate corrected just look for Ms Malou Gaspi she is very accomodating and friendly , you just have to pay the penalty and wait for 5 days to have your correct birthdate drivers license issued!

Drivers License (photocopy)
ID's (photocopy)

Basically Memorandum AHS-2008-1072 ammends an old 1982 one that says licenses must be suspended. Haven't tried this myself but will try tomorrow.
