Faked Date of Birth on my Driver's License

I lost my DL this week. I will apply for a duplicate license and change my birthdate as well.

Posts on page 11 is true. i was able to have my DL changed to the correct birth year. just follow the instructions posted and pay 5K

i did this last dec 2011. not sure if the penalty increased. HTH

Yup. Changed my birthdate too. I have no plans on getting my license changed but I have no choice!

Lost my card and one of the requirements is to bring a photocopy of an id and nso birth certificate.

Paid 5.1k and I have to wait for 2 weeks to get my license card. Grrr!

what is the expiration date of your corrected driver's license? is it the old expiration date or do you get a new one?

In my case i just renewed my license this january and it got lost this month. Theyre just going to change your birthdate that's all

Nope no more. As long as your license is still valid di mo na kelangan. And you have to go to east avenue office to change it all

If you choose to have a 1 year ban, then your old license would be cancelled. You have to apply again for a new one.
