    Talk to the higher up's of the Insurance Dept. at the CASA. Toyota BGC people accommodated me about this same problem without any hitches. But another Toyota CASA "agent" had to be patiently convinced.

    if the required LTO is not closed naman, i do not see why the penalty should be waived.
    but if government agrees, then i should count our blessings.

    you can renew your LTO anywhere in the country, even, in the one nearest to your convenience.

    yup..but of course because of the current covid crisis i dont want to risk going to crowded places as of the moment. so im just wondering if there is a consideration for waived penalty fees for late registration.

    My 3 year registration based on my CR expires Aug 4, 2020. my plate no is *****99 .

    LTO had announced the extension of validity of motor vehicles' registrations,

    Plates ending in “7” - from July 31 now adjusted to August 31
    Plates ending in “8” - from August now adjusted to September 30
    Plates ending in “9” - from September 30 now adjusted to October 31
    Plates ending in “0” - from October 31 to November 30, 2020

    LTO further extends validity of motor vehicles' registrations

    Do i register my car Sept 30 or Oct 31 ?

    i recommend sept.
    just in case things do not go smoothly, you might get several more weeks to do so.
    normally, LTO allows 1 month renewal ahead of schedule.

    thanks. one more thing, with the LTO announcement to extend the validity, does it also include the validity of the TPL.

    i do not think so.
    tpl is a private contract between you and your insurance provider.

    Yan yung nakikita ko dun sa iba. Yung akin di pa nakakabit. May tutorial yan sa youtube pano ikabit. Wala pa naman daw IRR kaya di ko pa kinakabit yung akin. Matatakpan yung view ng dashcam ko pag sa likod ng rearview kinabit. May nakita na rin ako na sa gilid nakakabit.
