April 24th, 2019 09:07 AM #128bring documents. best is the xerox of the ORCR.
ano i-ta-type nila sa insurance papers?
the insurance provider will want to know, who owns the car, and the important identification numbers like body number, chassis number, and engine number.
if it's been three years, and you still do not have your ORCR, "there's something fishy".
wala pa plaka? go to LTO and ask them for your plaka number, po.
if you need emissions testing, hindi ma-emissions test yan kung walang plaka number. "hindi tatanggapin ng system kung walang plaka number".
my experience.
good luck, po.Last edited by dr. d; April 24th, 2019 at 09:30 AM.

April 24th, 2019 10:41 AM #129Thanks Doc on the clarification and sharing your experience about conduction #.
Last year, hindi pa updated sa LTO yung plaka namen after 3 years. We got it March 2015 pero hindi succesful yung emmision test dahil nga wala pa record sa LTO. Binalikan ko yung dealer, naayos naman nila pero na penalize ako ng 200 petot
