late registration... Thursday ko in-sched yung registration. tatawa-tawa nga yung kausap ko from casa nung sinabi ko kung i-reimburse ko sa kanila yung 200 plus incidentals kasi wala sila ginawa after 3 years. Naayos naman nila kinabukasan kaya lang wala pa ako CTPL that time, kaya mas practical pa rin yung 200 compared sa 1000+ na CTPL sa labas ng LTO

    i find it unfair.
it's LTO's fault that your plate number hasn't been uploaded in their system all these three years.

That's how the system works, sir. If government makes a mistake, they get away scot-free, every time, all the time. If the civilian makes even the smallest mistake, they're penalized, every time, all the time.

Just to close the loop here, wala naman naging aberya sa pagpapa-renew ko this week. Less than an hour nga't naka-alis na ako sa LTO. Hindi naman nila pinuna ang laminated conduction sticker number at nakapag-issue sila kaagad ng 2019 sticker sa LTO Las Piñas.

OFF TOPIC: Guys, open po ba LTO ng May 14 2019 (election day)? Balak ko sana isabay nalang sa pagboto ko yung pagkuha ng license. Thanks!

Boss May 13 ang election day. Bukas. So kung May 14 ang tinatanong mo, bukas sila. Pero tomorrow, sarado.

Nag-renew na ako last week ng rehistro ko (affected din ako ng naka-TRO na plate numbers). Usual requirements lang naman ang hiningi. Just follow the rule na within one month before the lapse of three years registration, ipa-renew na.

Got CTPL via iChoose.ph (FPG insurance, paid 610pesos)
    Emission Test for 450pesos
    LTO renewal fee of 1930pesos

Done in less than an1 hour at LTO Calamba.
