Yup. Blaze, Velocity, XCS or whatever companies call their high spec fuels are still UNLEADED.
Though sa far flung provinces may leaded pa ata going by the name of 'Premium'.

To all Toyota Fortuner Owners Congarts! Indeed your one of the luckiest tsikoter's around! Parang gusto ko na tuloy benta 2004 CRV ko. Anyone who has a D4D variant? Read a lot of bad news about its fuel pump getting busted not for the fortuner thou but with the innova. Pero they have the same engine di ba?
how is the fuel consumption km/liter of the 2.7G manual and automatic? Thanks

Oh no, lahat na magpipila sa VVTI so talagang never ending wait ang Fortuner! wahhhhhhhh!![]()
All fortuners are Automatic. No Manual available. My 2.7G average 6.4 to 6.8 km/literOriginally Posted by Pogisofi
[QUOTE=vicoyski]Just wanted to share...
Got this 29" flat screen TV as a promo from HSBC. It got delivered today at work... I was kinda taken aback when I saw the size of the box. Sure was glad to see that the box fits in my 3.0V's cargo area (3rd row seat folded-up)with lotsa space to spare.
sir vicoyski, may i know the interior height of the fortuner from your actual measure, not base on the website?
i noticed that the floor inside the fortuner is not totally flat, the floor under the 3rd row seats is higher than the 2nd row seats, thus, the interior height at the 3rd row is lower than the 2nd row,
because i often deliver huge cargos, it required the height at the 3rd row must not lower than 1 meter, else i have to choose other model, but i really want this fortunerthanks in advance!
Once we have also loaded a 29" TV in our RAV4 relative to that box size. Surprisingly it fitted and it doesn't had to be lifted that high compared to the Fortuner. I guess despite the Fortuner's large looking exterior, its interior/cargo volume capacity isn't really that spectacular.
I don't have a RAV4 nor the Fortuner, although I am sure RAV4's features is not even close to a Fortuner, this is not even mentioning the POGI points.
Hi Guys,
My 5K kilometer maintenance checkup is due soon and I want your opinion about the oil that I will be using. What is more adviseable: fully-synthetic oil but oil change every 10K or semi-synthetic oil which is changed every 5K?
I am not sure if the price difference between the fully synthetic oil versus the semi-synthetic is practical now because of the high costs of fuels. I am more inclined to do a more frequent oil change thus I am leaning towards using semi-synthetic which is what is in my fortuner right now.
My other gas vehicle is using synthetic ever since but since this is a sedan, I only need 4 liters per oil change. The Fortuner needs 6 liters so the price difference is substantial. I also noticed in my other car though that when I do my 10K kilometer oil change, the oil is already very dirty by this time so it might be helpful for the car engine to change the oil more frequently.
But then since the fortuner is still new, the oil won't be as dirty after using it for 10K kilometers.
I need your enlightenment on this.
Thanks in advance.
I noticed interior volume is lessend since the 3rd row seats fold sideways and not flat to the floor. Bakit kaya? Is it because of the structure of the frame that it shares with the innova and hilux?Originally Posted by s600
not too big of a deal for me. although i would say that it would be better if the third row seats are tucked flat on the floor. besides i am used to this kind of configuration.(pajero has same style)Originally Posted by cardo
The 3rd row seats cannot fold flat into the floor because the rear part of the frame rails kick up to clear the live rear axle.
Most vehicles with fold-in-the-floor seats have independent rear suspensions.

unless you place the device very close to the combustion chamber - this will actually have no effect.
