I do hope maganda ang SUV version ng Mitsubishi Triton...

Isuzu's D-Max was a great looking pick-up, but Isuzu messed-up the SUV version. I'm sure Mitsubishi will have learned from Isuzu's MU-7 and Toyota's Fortuner. I believe they'll be calling the SUV version of the Triton the G-Wagon (in Thailand).

Mushi Mushi is right! This early pa lang dapat pumila na ang may gusto ng Mitsubishi G-Wagon! Don't forget to leave a minimum P10T deposit, then start a new thread kagad entitled, "Mitshubishi G-Wagon: Dealership Woes"!

Just like the Hilux J, no rear bumper. A victim of cost cutting measures.

    Vic,
how long dapat icool down yung engine to prevent damage sa turbo? pero do we need to cool down pag city driving lang?

just got my unit yesterday. lithium silver pala tawag. 4x4 3.0 diesel.
"good things come to those who wait"

good thing this thread was up way before i got my unit. at least i know what to expect. especially the ride part. bouncy talaga sya. but other than that, sulit sya for 1.5M. the 3.5mos wait is trully worth it!

dubeditions...kilala ba kita? drich kaw ba yan? hehe!

i read somewhere that it's 30 seconds..though not sure if that's accurate. i have my turbo timer set to 1 minute, i hope this is enough.

i use it everytime, whether city driving or otherwise as long as i used the vehicle for some time... hassle lang minsan pag magpapa-gas, tapos kelangan ko daw patayin engine...i usually have the gas boys wait for a minute before filling..

my clifford g5 alarm comes with turbo timer feature...so mas okay kesa separate, which costs around 5thou yata dun sa napagtanungan ko..

*toadstool: Congrats on your new baby! Pupuyatin ka n'yan kakaisip ng accessories... Hehehe... I got some cheap gray carpet floor matting from the dealership worth P1200. But, I got some rubber floormats for the 1st and 2nd rows for the rainy season.

*jad: I think it says in the manual that if you drove the vehicle at high speed for a long period, you should leave the vehicle idling for 2-3 minutes to allow the turbo to cool down. Short drives at high speed (like in city driving) will require at least a minute.

*dubeditions: I'm hoping to get the Toyota OEM turbo timer, eh... I'm just wondering when it'lll be available here in RP.

See the button with an LED numeric display? It's the OEM turbo timer. This would be great for Turbo D4D owners (HiLux, Innova or Fortuner). No more need to stay in your rides for an extra minute to cool down the turbo.

*dubeditions: I'd definitely like to set-up a club. Problem is, I don't have time to spare eh... Work keeps me pretty much busy. And, the extra time I have, I use to spend with my little boy... If you can manage to organize the club, I would be glad to join in...

Aside from the OEM turbo timer, does anyone know if we can order the automatic up/down power window with jam protection for driver from Toyota? We're the only country who does not have this feature as stated in the manual.
