I took the innova to toyota alabang and have it checked. Si Ronald ang tumingin at sa huli na-conclude nya na sira ang system mismo. Wala nang output na nagtri-trigger sa central-lock na mag activate/deactivate pagpress ng lock/unlock sa remote. Hindi nya gusto ang pagka-install, may mga mali raw sa wiring. Di sya ang nag-install ng alarm system. Since wala sila stock ng alarm, pinabalik ako 2 days after. Pagpunta ko after 2 days, ready na rin ang replacement. Pinalitan nya ang system kasama ang mga wires/relay/fuse at inayos ang wiring (cable management). Yung unang installation kasi ng kasama nya parang takaw-sunog... kakatakot.. hindi pa naka-enable ang ibang features ng system (like door ajar warning,etc). OK tong si Ronald kausap. Pagkatapos ng installation, may short demo/orientation pa kung paano gamitin/program ang alarm.

hindi ba casa nag install ng alarm system originally?

What do you use in your washer fluid reserve? pwede ba ung car shampoo + water lang? or bumibili pa kayo ng windshield washer fluid solution?

I was driving home tonight and suddenly it rained. Of course droplets of water is evident in the door window and the side mirror. Mdyo poor ang visibility especially kapag naka dark tint ka pa. Question is, meron bang defogger or heating sort of element na pwede ilagay sa side mirrror para mawala ung water droplets? I think Santa Fe has this standard feature if im not mistaken. Or pwede ba kabitan ng mini wiper ang side mirrors?

gawa ko, i just close the side aircon louvers (not sure sa spelling) para di mag moist sa window. Doble ingat na lang sa pag drive pag umuulan..

exactly my point why I hate casas. di mo nakikita ginagawa nila sa sasakyan mo. pinag-papraktisan ng mga OJT/ baguhang mekaniko..

ingat lang sa pag gamit ng joy or any soap sa winshield washer. tumutulo kasi yan sa paint pag spray ng tubig. pag hindi nahugasan ng mabuti pwedeng kumupas ang pintura.

What i like about the Innova is the position of the AT shift knob. It is placed just right in front of the arm rest. I like holding on the shift knob while my arm is on the arm rest while driving. I cannot do that in most of other cars where the shift knob is placed far front from the arm rest.

Correct ka dyan. Madalas ganyan din driving style ko para pag kailangan ng downshift mabilis. pero syempre maling driving style yan. dapat kasi both hands sa steering wheel.

hehe, nakasanayan ko na kasi ang ganyan na driving style sa Innova. kaya pag ibang tsikot ang ni drive ko, parang hindi ako sanay kasi mostly nasa far front ang AT shift knob nila.

Toyota recommend using 15W-40, 10W-30 or 5W-30 Motor oil. But 5W-30 is highly recommended among those three due to its lowest temperature rating capability. What grade or viscosity of motor oil do you use?
