This is the first time that I have heard of bleeding out air in the cooling system. Ang alam ko is flushing.

I know sir na may pumasok na hangin sa cooling system ko kasi yung level ng coolant ko e tumaas from the F level to the B level. Naisip ko na na-displace ng air yung additional coolant na pumasok sa reservoir tank.

I just read the D4-D choking/hard starting issues thread. Meron pa palang ganon na issue? I thought it was already resolved as early as in the year 2005-2006. Sensitive pa rin ba ang common rail diesel engine sa maduming diesel natin?

di ko pa natry bro. wala kasi akong mahanap na mag aassist sa akin sa pag rev eh. wala kasing throttle cable ang innova like my old car na pwede kong ma-rev from the engine room. kailangan may magre-rev sa loob ng kotse.

Questions on Coolant:

1.) What is the difference between a Coolant Concentrate and a Coolant Additive/Conditioner?
2.) Can I add additional coolant to my radiator reservoir using Coolant Concentrate or Coolant Additive/Conditioner lang ang pwede? (I think 50% glycol & 50% water ang mixture ng coolant additive/concentrate).
3.) How many kilometers reading in the odometer must be reach in order to replaced the whole coolant/bake/power steering fluid?

1. Coolant concentrate is pure coolant that you have to dillute with distilled drinking water. Coolant additive is AFAIK, pre mixed coolant.
2. You can add either one as long as its the correct type of coolant. As a general rule, do not mix different colored coolants. Toyota uses a pink coolant. It is not compatible with the green or red coolant. So best get it from Toyota. its premixed so just add. Its around 300 pesos for a 2 liter bottle.
3. Normally changed at 40,000 kms

I had my 15k pms kanina sa Toyota North Edsa, It cost me 4,216.00, di pa ko ng change ng oil kasi naka full synthetic ako top-up lang ginawa, change oil filter, tire rotation (kc di ako nag pa rotate nung 10K pms), clean and adjust brakes, tapos may TiPTOP na 1200 ang price...any idea kung ano ang TIPTOP kasi ang mahal e...

I had my 15k pms kanina sa Toyota North Edsa, It cost me 4,216.00, di pa ko ng change ng oil kasi naka full synthetic ako top-up lang ginawa, change oil filter, tire rotation (kc di ako nag pa rotate nung 10K pms), clean and adjust brakes, tapos may TiPTOP na 1200 ang price...any idea kung ano ang TIPTOP kasi ang mahal e...

oo patanggal mo. wag ka na rin pa sales talk sa Decarbonize. malamang i-offer na yan sau. e bago pa naman car mo. mababait sila dyan sa Toyota North Edsa.

Guys. kahapon nag pa 15k PMS ako sa toyota PAsig. No fuel additive/treatment and no engine flushing. Mineral oil lang gamit ko and it cost me 2971.50Petot

Start the engine and just maintain idle speed or iredondo para mabilis mag-init yung makina. Pag nasa normal running temp na, bubuka yung thermostat valve mo at yung trapped air should go out of the engine to the radiator header tank and eventually to the reservoir.

natawa nga ako madam e...ang laki laki nung white sticker nya,cguro nasa 16"(w) x 10"(h), tapos sa gitna nakadikit...di lang maganda kasi ginaya nya yung logo as in pirated talaga ang design..

Ask ko lang kung ok lang na mag shift ng oil from fully synthetic to mineral oil for D4D engine? If ok, need ko pa ba ng flush b4 mag change oil.?
