Correct, but you also have to know the basics. Nandyan lang naman ang net. When I had the system flushed they only bled the front. I talked to the service manager ang inquired about their procedure and as it turned out, that was their practice. I quickly pointed out the negatives. They decided to re-do the flushing starting with the rear and then the front at no further cost to me.

Good Morning guys, not a new innova owner but new to this forum. Actually active ako sa ford ranger forum since my new baby is a 2013 White Ranger. Want to seek help on what is the best 17 inch mags na babagay sa innova. Sana yung reasonable also in terms of pricing. I currently own a 2008 J model innova.

Nilagyan ko na ng water. I tot nung una wala lang water. Pero ayaw pa din.

Pero kinabukasan pag tingin ko sa water reservoir, al ng tubig. San kaya tumatagas?

I am planning to buy an MPV this 2014 and the Innova E d4d is my number 1 choice, can anyone tell me if the innova is still good up to 8 yrs cause I will be using it up to 8 yrs, im newbie in maintaining cars and this will be also my first car to own, can you site me what are the common problems I will encounter after 5 years TY

You will not encounter any problem after 5 years, mileage dependent ang problema ng innova d4d or ng d4d engine, ganyan naman ata talaga kapag crdi, kapag lumampas ka na ng 50k mileage, lalabas na yung usok na maitim, power loss etc, lalo na kung nakapakrudo ka sa madumi na gas station or hinayaan mo na maubusan ka ng fuel at nag airlock.

^kaya tumagal ng d4d depende rin sa alaga, karaniwan lang nag popower lost beacause of turbo failure , pwede naman maiwasan ang turbo failure mag hihintay ka ng 3 minutes before mo patayin ang engine lalo na sa long drive , sa city drive pwede na 3o secs bago patayin ang engine. or mas better kung palalagyan mo ng turbo timer

kung regular pms tatagal at hindi basta basta bibigay yan ;)

meron na ba sa inyo umabot na ng 200k above mileage ang d4-d niyo? how's the engine performance?

Yung ni scan ko na 2006 D4D, power loss ang issue, nasa100k mileage, kapag nagbitaw ka ng accelerator, nginig at mamatay engine. NIlinisan na ang fuel tank at palit fuel filter ganun pa rin. Siguro dapat palinisan rin mga injectors.

Nag umpisa raw ganun ng maubusan sila ng fuel.

Usually baka magamit ko lang sya once a week papuntang MOA or other malls in manila from batangas and family events at lakad ng tropa im from batangas so mostly hi way driving. Di ko po naman sya gagamitin for everyday use occasionally ko lng sya gagamitin may service kasi ako papuntang office so d ko na sya gagamitin for my personal service at makakatipid pa Also I want to add kung ok ba sa mga bagitong driver ang Innova ang kapatid ko kasi bagito at heavy footed pa baka mapraktis nya ang bibilhin kong innova what are your suggestion aalow ko ba sya

Malaki ang innova at may mga blind spots, may delay rin ito sa pag apak ng accelerator at sa rpm due to electronic throttle controller.

i still have my 2005 diesel innova. 90K+ mileage. no serious (expensive) problems, and i expect no problems in the near future. i am so happy with it, i recently bought a new one when my son "hijacked" the older one.

Anong fuel gamit nyo? Bkit umusok naman kagad? Have u tried straight euro4 diesels?

petron diesel max gamit ko for the last 2 yrs. haven't tried euro 4 diesels. anyways yung usok eh lumalabas lang pag bigla apak sa accelerator. Not sure kung may pagkaiba sa fuel consumption since i'm not monitoring it. tingin ko matipid pa rin naman since di naman tumataas yung fuel costs ko every week.

anyways, nung sabado bumili ako nung mckennic contact cleaner as recommended by siopaonatosted. nilinis ko yung MAF. then did an italian tune-up. seems to have fixed the problem but i will continue to monitor it. will also have my muffler cleaned any day soon..

have your key in ACC position. open your hood, stand by the side of the water reservoir and ask some one to pull the lever to activate the sprayer. dapat may maririnig kang tunog ng motor. kung walang tunog, bka loose lang connection or busted fuse. kung may tumutunog naman, bka barado yung nozzle.

Share ko lang mga sir long drive ko today with my family from Albay to Bacoor 460km. Innova d4d, rear cargo fully loaded, average fc as per mid is 13.8 km/li, 11 hrs travel including two stopovers. Magaan talaga handling ng innova natin. Di naman ako napagod kahit walang relyebo sa manibela

Based on my experience wala naman delay sa accelerator

Kahit everyday car naman sir Ok lang yun at matipid naman ang d4d basta sa long drive 3 minutes before turn of the engine para maiwasan ang turbo failure yan din kasi ang dahilan kaya nagiging maitim ang usok hindi na masunog ng mabuti ang diesel. And sa newbie driver Baka mahirapan mag drive kasi medyu pasubsob ang hood ng innova

Bro, hindi ka naman namamatayan before? How did you clean the MAF sensor, inispray an mo lang ba? Or tinanggal mo pa? Ito yung nasa flexible connector after the air filter no?

di naman ako namamatayan before. tinanggal ko sya from the flexible connector. disconnect first negative terminal ng battery. disconnect the socket connector of the MAF sensor. remove the 2 small screws that hold it in its place. then matatanggal mo na sya. i sprayed the contact cleaner liberally sa wire sensors then let it sit to dry. sa youtube ko lang din nakita yung procedure. although hindi specific for innova yung nakita ko but i think it's generally the same for cars with MAF sensor.

Shocks and bushing? I replaced mine on the 4th year most particular on the front side. Bigat ata ng makina e :-)
