maraming sasakyan, kapag cuidado kang mag-release ng clutch, ay gagalaw na sa 1st gear at hindi mag-i-istall.
may mga diesel nga, kahit sa 2nd gear puede..
engines have good low end torque.

just give it a slight gas/push at gagalaw na yan.

Hi innova owners..been having trouble with my 06 innova's aircon.... The rubber seals always leak..seems the condenser does not cool the refrigerant well....any of you guys tried or successfully installed an auxiliary fan?

Gas yung sa akin, pero I would suggest always use the first gear from full stop. Kahit sa hanging na areas kapag naipit sa traffic, di na ako umaapak sa gas, yung clutch at yung idling lang enough na hehehe...

We have two drivers. One of them always start with 2nd gear. The other one always uses 1st gear. 2nd gear seems to accelerate better from stop. I don't know.

when driving a manual tranny, much better full stop at first gear pag hindi full stop as in slight acceleration pa then 2nd gear.

pansin ko rin maraming driver 2nd gear agad coming from full stop. i'm referring to diesel fed engine.

Baka nasanay sa elf truck? Ang reverse kasi nun nasa unahan. Masisira tranny niyan. Yung nagaapply din na driver ng dad ko dati nung pinatest drive siya lagi siyang nagse2nd gear. Ayun pinababa tapos ako pinagdrive. Hahaha

diesel sa akin and matic. pero same thing ang experience ko. paglagay sa drive, aabante na syang dahan dahan. or pag reverse, aatras na nang kusa. so pag trapik at mabagal talaga andar, preno na lang aalalayan sabay neutral pag stop. feeling ko parang may effect sa transmission pag naka "drive" tapos full stop nang matagal.

err.. what rubber seals are we talking about? baka hindi lang naka-shoot yung condensate drain hose?
i have had no un-fixable problem whatsoever with my innovas' aircons..

Innova-tors, i noticed that the innova's paint is very easily scratched. i had my Inno paint protected at BigBert's but i'm not sure if it made a difference. i'm hoping its not the paint thats getting scratched but only the top coat or the protection applied at BBerts. anybody noticed this with your own rides/paint?

meron nga.. increased wear and tear on the trans, engine, and the brakes... the experts recommend shifting to neutral when stopping for a "long" time.

in my opinion, the innova paint is just as scratchable as the other cars'... but because the innova is bigger than the ordinary sedan, it does tend to get scratched more often than smaller cars... bigger target... more bulls-eyes..

Sir, ganyan naman talaga ang matic nasa drive gear na kasi kaya aabante yan ng kusa without stepping the gas pedal.
