never tried spare tire lock and side mirror protector or yung naka etched yung plate number sa side mirror on our cars, why? gastos lang kase for me. kahit me ganun pa, alam pa din ng magnanakaw tangallin yung mga yun for them to steal the item. kung mananakaw, mananakaw pa din talaga although never pa kame nanakawan ng spare tire at side mirror for the past 13 years na may sasakyan kame, (wag sana manakawan). i have a friend who owns a mazda 3 which has side mirror protectors to avoid theft, pero nanakawan pa din ng side mirror.

in my opinion, the best way to protect your car's spare tire and side mirror, as well as the whole car is not to park on the areas which you think is not good. well, this is based on your assessment in the place now car owner. well, sabagay kahit ganu ka secure pa yung place me nananakaw pa din, meron ngang kasabihan na pag mamalasin nga naman.

Madalas ko tung gamitin to verify kung may huli ako, baka kasi nahuhuli na ko ng speed gun sa edsa at macapagal di ko pa alam, yun bang non-contact apprehension, Also two weeks ago, may nasundan din akong close van (Canter) yung plate is RBH***, eh ang alam kong plaka na nag start sa R is yung mga 2nd hand coming from subic kaya napag tripan kong i-verify. Lumabas plaka ng Hyundai Grace, may huli pa sa LTO. Try ko uli mamaya!

Dami ko ng naririnig na negative feedback sa TAI, one of my friend even complain na hindi pinalitan yung oil ng car nya during 1k PMS, buti na lng may pics sya ng old oil at pinakita nya actual ayung tsaka lang pinalitan. Hirap kasi dun di mo nakikkita kung anong ginagawa sa car mo unlike others na salamin at kita mo car mo while doing pms. I suggest lipat ka ibang branch, Toyota Bicutan is better kasi company owned (di franchised) at full glass service area meron silang service level na sinusunod. During my 1k pms, i stay from 12:30noon (with free lunch sa canteen nila kasi 1pm pa raw start), they start 1pm, i out the car by 2pm, highly recommended service.

On some days, I really wanna try and be an MMDA officer to flag down people like these. They get away with switching plates because the enforcers know squat about the model year of a car and the corresponding plate series that's supposed to go with it.

My most recent sighting was a ZZ Altis with N plates ('09-'10).

May budget ka kamo ng E dsl AT, baka hindi na malayo sa B/N Gas G AT. Mas mura ang gas sa diesel for the same variant.

Check with the nearest dealer for pricing.

I am buying an Innova for the 1st time, but long time toyota owner (corona, corolla, vios) and is considering buying a used Innova G gas or a bnew E dsl, both automatic (my wife can only drive ATs). The innova G is a 2006 model (CR 2008) but only has a mileage of 48000 kms since the owner, my friend, is working abroad and this is seldom used when he is abroad, so in my opinion still in prestine condition and this is being sold to me for a friedly price of P420,000.

Which should a choose buying, this Innova G gas AT or the E DSL AT (ito lang kaya sa budget). TIA

Tinanong na namin yan sa engineers ng Toyota when we had our plant tour last Oct...If city driving lang, no need to wait before turning the ignition off... Pero kung coming from a long drive, wait at least kahit 2 min before turning the ignition off to let the turbo cool down.

hi ma'am liv, thanks for that info. :thankyou: from Laguna to QC and vice versa kasi yung biyahe everyday. 2 minutes is suffice na pala. sobra-sobra na pala yung pag-aaksaya namin ng krudo sa 5 minutes.

sobrang sayang talaga krudo nun. 1 min idle will do, lalo na kung 80-100 ka lang, pag nag 120kph lang naman kelangan ng 2mins idle. pero kung papark ka na sa inyo, inaantay mo mabuksan or ikaw nagbubukas ng gate, idle na yun eh, tapos papasok mo sa bahay, kahit 30 seconds will do. no need to install a turbo timer, sayang lang pera kung masasanay ka matagal magatay ng makina. (1-2mins)

kwento ko lang yung 1k PMS ko last thursday sa toyota dasma... unang quote sakin 4,700 sa synthetic at 3,700 sa regular oil...tinanong ko yung Ruel-SA bat sa iba nasa 1,800 average lang ang 1k PMS... binaba nya sa 3k yung quote at nung natapos ang na binayaran ko 2,500 T_T may isinama pala syang add-on, ayaw pa maniwala sakin nung SA na 1,800 lang ang PMS...kaya sinabi ko sa kanya nababasa ko sa innova forum sa tsikot.com, ayun medyo nabawasan yung yabang nya...

sorry, but i couldn't look at my 2005 because it's elsewhere. but my 2012 has the parking light socket in front of the radiator. i suppose yours is there, too.

Ganyan talaga proper way of closing the hood as indicated in the manual. Pag diniinan mo, magkakadent yung hood mo.
