Good Day, another problem I have w/ my unit is water marks sa windshield, nag accumulate cya ng minsang naghugas ako directly under the sun and after ko sabunin d ko kaagad nabanlawan natuyo kaagad ung sabon. Akala ko ok lang but nang mag drive na ako sa gabi at masinagan ng ilaw ung windshield dun mo n makikita. Any tips kung papaano to matatanggal? I used glass cleaner already pero d pa rin matanggal.

I also expirienced this problem. Nung magswimming kami, walang maparkingan kundi sa tabi ng pool. I parked my Innova facing the pool. Pag uwi namin the next day, wow, tatad ng watermarks. From windshield, sidedoors and bumper. Nagmukhang dalmatian.Di na makuha ng carwash lang. Dinala ko na lang kay Bigberts. Ginamitan na ng rubbing compound. Akala nga nila nadali ng acid rain, e mas matindi pa yung acid ng pool. Up to now meron pa ding marks. Buti na lang at may paint protection. Hoping na lang na sa scheduled paint protection reapplication ko this month e matanggal na yung natitirang marks.

pwede mangyaring di umiilaw yung warning light ng battery mo sa may speedometer, ewan ko lang kung same case pero sa advie namin nagkaganyan din, always hard starting, nun pala me nagalaw sa fuse, nadiskarga battery. hanggang di na sya nag start. nun pala nagalaw yung fuse sa pag karga ng battery pag umaandar na ewan. tapos ayun talagang palit battery ang nang yari. 2 years pa lang advie namin nung nangyari yun. pa check mo muna battery. maybe meron na ngatngat din yung daga kasi me nakita kang pupu dun eh.

good day po... maraming salamat po sa mga nag reply... pina check ko po battery, mahina na po talaga...patay na halos yung dalawang butas.. swerte pa nga daw po ako at inabot pa sya ng 19 months. yung iba daw mga 1 year lang... motolite gold pinalit ko w/ 21 months warranty.

We just got an Innova E and when reversing, it emits a beeping sound. Akala ko may backup sensors!

Also got an Innova E just this afternoon. There is no beeping when reversing.

Good day to all, just want to share here what I saw sa aming 2 month old Innova e. Nasumpungan kong silipin ngaung hapon ung spare tire ko to check para sa long drive sa sunday, then Ive found out na ung area ng spare tire is hindi na apply or na spray ng rustproofing. Obviously hindi tinanggal un spare tire during application kaya hindi inabot ung ilalim ng flooring w/c is prone to rust. Pwede bang i-claim ng warranty ito w/o any expense on my part? Advice kasi sa akin ng sales agent ko before ang warranty ng rustproofing is sa labor lang but ung materials shoulder na ng owner. Ganito ba talaga sa lahat ng dealer, hindi tinatanggal ang spare tire during application? Can anybody check their unit also to check if they have the same specially sa mga new unit. Rustproofing ko nga po pala is free sa deal namin before and my dealer is Toyota Dasma. Thanks in advance.

Any idea on how to remove the glove box? It wont seem to budge and I'm afraid I might break something.

PS: The one in the Fortuner is so much easier to remove.

the free rustproofing is just for show. they spray the ones that are visible while you're standing beside your car. aside from the fact that they only spray a thin layer.

wait til you see the whole underside of your car. when i had my car lifted in a gasoline station, lo and behold, the middle part has no rustproofing. only the wheel wells and a few inches beside the running board.

what you can do is to buy a gallon or two from the paint center. have it sprayed in a gasoline station that does that kind of service. bring lots of newspapers and masking tape to avoid overspray.

In the Fortuner, you pull out the latches (this is the part that makes the box open and close).

For the Innova, when I try to remove it in the same manner as in the Fortuner, it simply won't budge.

does anyone know kung normal na production ng innova sa sta rosa plant?
my SA have been telling me na sa end of the month pa raw delivery ng innova ko...
my PO for an innova J gas model was released last monday...ganon ba talaga katagal?
is it because of the parts availability issue caused by the tsunami?

Going to Toyota Manila Bay to reserve Innova E VVT-i A/T. Sabi ng SA ko, usually 1 week daw ang delivery once nakapagpa-reserved.

Hopefully madeliver after a week nga dahil nabenta na namin yung Altis and I just got confirmation that my wife is pregnant! Mahirap bumiyahe ng walang car lalo na pagkasama ang buntis. ehehe.
