I always had problems with this dealer since the Fortuner launch in 2005-06. But I got a good deal this time but they cant deliver. Anyway, I did confirm the stock issue with my contact at Toyota Sta. Rosa Plant. Two weeks ago, my contact says that supplies are really tight bec. of the tsunami and the dealers have no control of what limited units are allocated to them.
Bicutan's CRO are useless. These people are incompetent and are not trained properly to deal with hard customers. They only know how to evade by pretending to transfer your call to other places in the dealer.
