Just wanna share. For 2 weeks, I haven't opened the gas tank lid. I just noticed this morning, it was open. Tried closing it but the lock barrel was not fully exposed, thus the had gas lid won't latch. Tried operating the handle but to no avail. Apparently, the white plastic thing that holds the barrel in place wasnt able to hold the barrel properly. I removed the white thing and used a long nose pliers to tighten the plastic a bit. It worked. You can access it through the jack compartment.

yung manual kasi is generic for all regions. marami feature dun na wala sa local units natin. one of which is the immobilizer.yung flat spare key ay normally walang transponder pero you can still start the engine. sa mga nagpa-duplicate na ng key you can verify na wala talaga immobilizer ang Innova.

Totoo yan Ka-Ginnova. Kahit ipaduplicate yung susi natin, mag-start pa rin ang car natin.

Nangyari na sa akin brod 'to. Pagkuha ko ng jack, syempre iaangat mo yon, di ko namalayan tinamaan pala ung dulo na cable na nagkokonekta sa pinto na lalagyan ng gas. Ayun nabasag ung plastic sa loob sa side ng jack compartment. Yung pinaka-dowel na nagla-lock sa gas tank cover ay di na lumalabas kaya di masara ung gas tank cover. Ang ginawa ko, nilagyan ko ng mighty bond ung nabasag na plastic lock tapos s
aka ko na ulit hinigpitan sa loob (sa side ng lalagyan ng jack). Kaya ingat mga ka-Innova, pag tanggal ng jack, dahan-dahan lang.

Yup, and what you have (stock) is just a central lock with factory alarm (beep beep beep) if the door is opened.

The main reason why I think twice about installing a third-party alarm is that you will need to disable the immobilizer. In this case, you just go ahead with it...

Mura lang ang non-original. Might as well go for those if you're really on a budget.

But to answer your question - you might be able to find defective ones for cheap. Ikabit lang tapos hindi na i-wire.

anyway,baka what you mean is not OEM or not original stock na foglamps??pero if fake foglams talaga hanap mo...cguro meron nyan sa divisoria o baclaran sa tindahan ng mga laruan..hehehe

anu model sir ang innova nio? mine is 2010 D4D G, saken kasi parang pa-slide ang pagkuha ng jack, pero yung tools mukhang maabot ang white plastic pag na-tilt pa right ang pagkuha, pinag-aralan ko na para iwas damage, TY for the info sir.

Thanks for sharing bro... I do not normally access this (jack) compartment but am now conscious to be very careful when moving any item here...
