Hi Liv, sorry guys hindi ako umabot sa EB last Saturday na delayed flight ko naka uwi nako 9pm wala kasi akong mga cell # niyo kaya di ko alam kung andun pa kayo o san ko kayo pupuntahan. Liv paki txt mo sa akin bank account # mo para ma deposit ko yung payment sa sticker. This is my cell # 09196110802. Thanks!

Hello everyone! I'm a newbie here in every sense of the word (I am not really a computer user, much more the internet!) and I just got our 1st car -- a Toyota Innova V automatic gas, last September 28. My brother showed me this site and I have just spent the last few hours just reading and getting more information! I have to say, this community is amazing.

Since I am not really a "techie" (I don't know how to search even). I will just write all my questions so far, please help:

1. I started using the "information center" from what I read, it says 6.4km/l, is this right or too low? My odometer reading is at 700+ kms.

2. What is "break-in" do we need to do that? Our sales agent said that all new units have already been broken-in and we don't need to? Is this right? How do I break-in? or is it too late. I have been just driving in the city, to and from work which is just 2 kms away, sometimes I go to the mall/grocery. Not much load, just my husband, 2 kids (ages 2 and 3 + yaya).

3. I changed the mag wheels (sales talk by my brother) a few days after we got it. I have the 2007 Camry mags and tires, I think they look bigger than the standard mag wheels? (by the way, I am selling the standard mag wheels and tires -- how much is it going for? Just reply if you are interested). After changing the wheels, the ride changed a bit, is this ok? The tire pressure is now 30psi.

4. I didn't get the free tint in lieu of other accessories -- we got the DVD player and lcd monitor (life saver if you have kids + traffic!). I heard about V-Cool tint? I don't want tint, I have always liked a clean look, but afraid of the heat, especially for the leather seats and AC overworking. Is this worth it? They are quoting around P18K. What other options do I have?

3. Can't help you on this one, it's too techie. There's a computation how to select the right set of mags for your ride that wouldn't affect the ride and the FC. How did your ride changed after changing the wheels?

4. AFAIK (As Far As I Know) V-Kool is the Top-of-the-line when it comes to tints. That's why it's so pricey. You could also source out SOLAR GUARD they works as well as V-Kool but not as pricey.

Welcome to Innova Club Wagamama !!!

My views ...

1. On FC (Fuel Consumption) : It’s a bit low. Usually, you can get at least 7+ Kms/L on city driving (with traffic). Sometimes, you can get 10-11 Kms/L FC on long drive/highway. Your driving habit can also be a factor to your high FC.

2. On Break-In period: It’s still your choice. You can go for conservative driving during the first 5,000 KMs or “hataw” all the way.

3. On Tires: You’ll experience a slight difference in handling. I changed my mags/tires to 17 using Nitrogen instead of the conventional air. Tire pressure is 32 psi.
Some owners are using 18” mags/tires.

4. On Tint: For the tint, you can choose the ever reliable 3M or Solar Guard.

Hehe... sorry about that, I saw 3 Innovas kasi sa pic ng 2nd EB. So, I thought it only had 3 attendees. Thus, the tripled number of attendees.
