Hi! It's also my first time to post a message. I just got my Innova J last Jan 22. Here's the cost: 813t less 30t discount plus 18t insurance plus 7500 lto reg, total 808500. Freebies: Matting, Seat Cover, Rustproofing, Alarm w/ Central Lock, Back Sensor, Extra 2 Speakers, Side Visor, Fog Lamps, Muffler Cutter. Take note No free 3M Tint. Malamig pa naman panahon e. Next time na palagay ng tint. I suggest that you go to all the dealers and choose the best they can offer. I got my unit from Toyota Shaw but only after visiting 8 dealers and making the other match the freebies tapos hingi pa extra. That's the only way to haggle in buying new unit from casa e. Anyway, for me Innova J is a-ok na kasi you can dress it up later naman if bitin ka. If you count the add-ons of variant E, I think you can spend 50% less having it installed to your J at Banaue or Evangelista later on. Well, having an Innova really brightened up my day. Parang gumanda ang mundo! My old car was an Adventure GLS Sport 2002. Considering my previous car was all power, laking ginhawa pa rin nafeel ko driving my Innova J. Life is good with my Innova!

Anyway, I've read other posts which had 75K discounts on their units. Does it apply to financing din po ba?

yes it is turbo charged but NO intercooler.

--if I'm not mistaken, it's not advisable. There's the possibility of overheating the electrical wires from your foglamps going to your main wiring harness. Same goes for higher wattage headlight bulbs. Better ask a knowledgable car electrician to install it for you (AFAIK may nilalagay pa na additional relay for that)

First off, I have a vvti Fort. But I did test drive an Innova D-4D a/t and I did find it noticeably slower (in acceleration when fully depressing the gas pedal) when compared to an Innova vvti a/t.

Lets wait for the response of other D-4D Innova owners.

i saw in banaue sometime last month, php 3500 for the four wheels na.... i saw in this forum php 4000+ lang sa casa so i guess medyo overpriced pa yung sa banaue.... but pls post naman if you have bought na the wheel well covers and for how much... TIA

I just noticed it today, Toyota has dropped the colors "Night Mist" (Toyota-speak for gray) and "Blaze" (Toyota-speak for mica red) for Innova G. In their places, Toyota added Black and Medium Silver (which looks like a mixture bet. silver and light green color).

For purposes of LTO registration, it has to be the color name. (e.g. gray metallic, red metallic, green metallic, beige metallic and so on).

Grey Metallic is Night Mist
Red Metallic is Blaze
Green Metallic is Green Mica
Beige Metallic is Beige Mica

My SA gave me list of all Innova Variants and prices and the colors where: Night Mist, Blaze and so on. So I decided on Night Mist, but when they handed me the qoutation it is written there Grey Metallic.

When I was about to get my unit, I have to let them give me assurance in writing that the color I want is Night Mist which is also Grey Metallic. It was really confussing by just looking at the brochure color chooser. SA will alternately give you different names for each colors.

regie26, afaik, toyota releases different promos from time to time. When i got my j d4d last month (jan07), they were giving 40t discount for toyota financing and 30t discount for other banks' financing. Look for mikko at toyota shaw, he'll give you the most freebies. Based on my experience, other agents from other dealers tend to minimize the freebies they'll offer. I dunno, siguro they get add'l commission for this. Mikko will give it straight to you. Basta kaya. Good luck and don't worry about the d4d woes. Super malas mo na lang siguro if you encounter these problems. Mine has none. Just had my 1thou km checkup this afternoon. It took 1hr to finish. Don't think twice, get na your INNOVA. Talagang the best ride, best value for your money.

GLImamasan, how about installing optitron instrument panel meter to j variant, is it advisable? By the way, what's your unit? Mine's j d4d silver.
