Toyota Corolla 10th Generation Altis Owners [continued]

Yup, had mine replaced by Toyota Cubao last July 2017. Sent them an email with the photos, requesting for dashboard replacement.

Nakakapagtaka lang na humihingi sila nh records ng auto, dapat daw casa maintained, no connection naman yun sa defective material ng dashboard.

It was approved after 2 months, then they advised me to proceed to the dealer. Took them 1 day to replace.

Agree, pinapahirapan nila ang proseso para may dahilan sila na hindi mag approve.

Hiningan ako ng casa records, car was casa maintained until 2016. Katakot takot na follow up at pagbabanta sa DTI ang nangyari bago nila inapprove. Kasi sa Altis Club meron ng mga napalitan kahit walang records. Nung kumalat na at maraming nag claim, nakaisip sila ng maibubutas sa customer.

Sinabi pa sa akin nung na approve "Sir sana po huwag niyo na lang muna ipagsabi na na approve kayo"

Saan mo pinagawa? May surplus kaya nito sa Banawe?

Walang surplus sa Banawe, as the ones from Japan are right hand drive. Iba din ang Corolla sa Japan, narrower than our ASEAN Altis.

Most likely sa Kapalangan meron, pero the best bet would be to have it reupholstered instead.

you probably need to have your suspension parts replaced.
ordinary wear and tear lang po 'yan.
no specialized knowledge or equipment.
maraming puedeng gumawa.
try banawe in QC.

don't forget to have your suspension aligned, after suspension and/or steering parts replacement.
failing to do so, may result in your having to fight with your steering wheel, as well as premature tire wear.

if your owner's manual is still with you, it might show where.

my 2005 innova E didn't come with a replace-able aircon filter. it didn't even come with such opening.
the banawe aircon guys made provision for one.
my 2011 similar innova had replace-able aircon filter.

perhaps your car is similar?

The 2003 Altis 9th gen has no cabin filter.

The cabin filter became standard on the 10th gen Altis 2008-2013.

as of now halos bagong palit pala yung radiator niya so bago coolant and bagong pagawa na aircon since may ari ng aircon repair shop and talyer yung previous owner.

I'm currently focusing on having my center console repaired kasi some buttons are not working and mahirap na pindutin yung ibang controls sa ac. searched on other threads pero mukhang hindi common yung problem na ito for the 9th gen altis

any reccomendations where to have this fixed? sabi nung taga rey's electical sa paranaque di daw nila kaya i-repair since it involves removing the center console of the car

Yung ipinalit na brand new dash, looks like same material lang din doon sa nagme melt, I think it's just a matter of time, babalik ang problema.

Kaya at the first sign ng paglalagkit, it's selling time for this car
