Guys, ingat kayo with the Toyota Dealership-sa may C5 (near Ortigas), sobrang bad trip doon!!! Magpa-estimate ka lang ng konting repaint, magchacharge pa sila ng Php250 estimate fee. Sobrang kalokohan! Sa Toyota na nga kinuha yung Fortuner, sa knaila din yung insurance, then sa konting magpa-estimate may charge pa na Php250!!!! Buluk! Yung Mitsu and Nissan hindi naman nagchacharge kung magpa-estimate ka lang.........Ganyan pala yung Toyota????? May kabulukan yung after sales service..... nila.......dapat Isuzu Alterra na lang kinuha namin....hayz.....

Maganda kasi ang offer nila, free insurance on top of the standard freebies (tint, undercoat, matting, seatcover). May cash discount pa on the unit price itself. Panalo sana ang deal. Baka naman yung ibibigay sa iyong new unit 'kuno' ay may mga altered parts na.

October 1st, 2010 12:16 PM #84Revive ko lang tong thread nato. This month kasi baka kumuha kami ng Hi-Ace GL Grandia okay lang ba dito kumuha? Baka ibigay samin eh yung nasa showroom or kung ano man. Nakakatakot na tuloy.. Taga cabuyao kasi kami at TAI lang ang malapit.

We got our Altis at TAI, and had the 1K and 5K PMS there as well. So far satisfied naman ako sa services nila. Reklamo ko lang ay natagalan ng ilang araw yung repair ng steering problem sa Altis namin, although okay na rin kasi never nang naulit yung problem.
That's just my experience and fortunately it was a good one. Syempre may iba ring hindi gaanong satisfied sa kanila (lahat naman ng casa may bad feedback eh). As much as possible, inquire na rin kayo sa ibang casa para makapag-compare kayo.

Hopefully... Dagdag ko lang sa experience ko sa kanila: nung 1K and 5K PMS, nakikita ko yung kotse habang sine-service kasi nasa tapat lang ng customer's lounge. Ewan ko lang sa 10K kasi hindi pa umaabot dun yung mileage ng kotse ko, or sa ibang klase ng service, kung papayagan nilang makita ng customer yung sasakyan. Pero sana pwede rin. Magiging saludo na ako sa kanila kung payagan nila kahit yun lang muna kasi ibig sabihin, honest ang pagta-trabahong ginagawa nila.
