kung 3 panels yan, pasok mo na sa casa for insurance. yung casa na mag aasikaso nyan. magkano ba participation fee mo? magkano estimate ng damage?

Hi guys, so my almost 3weeks old vios meet an accident. Gumising ako nung thursday morning to find out shattered rear windshield ko. Wala ako idea kung ano nangyari at wala din suspect except possibly mga batang naglalaro. Anyway nakakuha na ako police report and nagpunta na din ako toyota para file insurance claims. Estimate nila nasa 30k gastos with 3k participation. Meron na bang may experience sa inyo with insurance claims na ganito? Medyo worried ako ma- deny claims ko eh, may kalakihan 30k specially kung wala kang kinalaman sa accident. Tsk.. Your advice is very much welcome.

it's pretty straightforward.
pay the 3K participation fee, and they will replace the windshield.

in-house usually makes it easier.

As long as you have an affidavit and docs.walang problema yan.kung d ka naka claim sa insurance, palitan mona sila. Haha

but if you can convince the casa that the glass shattered on its own, without any "help" from without.. that's manufacturing defect and should be replaced totally free of charge by the casa.

and casa will say it's "self-damage" (whatever that means) and should be handled by insurance..
the poor owner is caught in between.

I was actually thinking of doing same. Kaso it'll void my warranty. Pero baka hindi ko nalang sila inform am sure hindi naman nila mapapansin. How much ba yung aguila glass? Thanks
