    Most probably the price. Who would want to buy a 2M+ 4x2 gas-fed CUV? You can buy a diesel-fed midsize unibody AWD SUV (Sorento) for the same amount of money or add a bit more you get a more elegant midsize gas-fed turbo 4x2 SUV (CX9).

    those two are good naman. so far wala pang recalls sa cvt nila. youll be surprised on which japanese cuv is being shunned in thailand because of "problems"

    Can’t argue with the TOTL RAV4 being overpriced as hell. The same can be said with the TOTL CRV diesel though. But I keep reiterating it, the base RAV 4 is hard to beat in terms of value.

    As for the AWD, again its not necessary in our country... Actually pabigat pa nga yan. More wear for tires, more fluid to worry about, and more things to break down in the future.

    perhaps the bias is based on the quality of the after-sales support (maintenance and repair), and not really on the build quality of the korean car.
