I think the reason Motor Image opted to sell the Forester with a 2.0L NA engine instead of the USDM model with a 2.5L NA engine is that they want to make the price more competitive. With most buyers not really the type to maximize performance, a version with a smaller engine will be a win-win situation.

It's one of the reasons I went for an oil burner this time. 4.3L per 100 kms in a CUV is outstanding to me.

March 14th, 2020 10:14 PM #20No test drive unit; in fact units are hard to come by, I got the only black unit available LE from TMI. No XLE or Limited available. Fuel economy is average for me, same as my Santa fe CRDI. EDSA rush hour traffic everyday, around 15l/100km
