Surprised to see the New Vios in SG this morning... (They stopped selling the 3rd Gen last year as it did not meet SG's Euro-6 requirement)

Our local version should have the same Dual-VVTi and CVT used by the local 3rd Gen (released in 2016)

How does the interior look like? Is it similar to the outgoing model?

I honestly don't think the local version will have the new Engine/CVT used by the Singapore version.

We already have the Dual VVTi engine and CVT in the current Vios, so it's quite certain that they will use the same powertrain for the facelift.

I think yung 1.3 version lang ang dual VVTi (1NR), SG only has the 1.5 version (2NR)

Ok... Actually konti lang available info dito... Sana may time ako mag ikot sa BKK this June...

SG requires Euro 6, kaya nawala yung 3rd gen Vios, Mobilio etc dito last year.

This is not an all-new model. It's just a facelift.

Yup... I think it was released as early as 2017 in Thailand...

Not sure how will the Vios' being part of CARS affect the local model.

Both PH and SG Vios/Yaris models have the 2NR-FE.

The Avanza and Rush have the 2NR-VE.
