Last time I checked... from 1st Gen hanggang 3rd Gen Vios (1.3) 2NZ ang engine...

mid-2016 lang pinalitan ng 1NR (Dual VVTi)

Saw this in FB...

Looks good, although I'm not expecting to see 7 airbags sa PH version ng Vios...

Based on experience with local cars...

Best at 2-driver and passenger

I'm not based there... So either I get the extra car at home kung available. Or Avis!

But... Just look at the Fortuner, as per Toyota PH's site, top 2 models lang ang with side curtains... Lower models wala. Compared to Toyota SG na lahat ng models may side curtains.

Same with Innova... Mas maganda specs ng Malaysia models (at least based on the website)

So siguro nga, we'll see a 7 airbag Vios kahit sa J models... Pero I'm sure maglalabas pa din sila ng fleet focused bare model 6months to 1 year later.

Yung Base model (lower than the J) will also be released, and has all the safety features (7 airbags, ABS, VSA) and front power windows.
