No wonder 2M+ ang TOTL. First choice ko pa naman itong all new fort G variant..

Kung across the range leather seats, mas sulit G variants. I'm guessing 2.4 for the G and 2.8 for V 4x2 and 4x4 with the big price increase. Front and knee airbags for G; V with curtain. Hoping for the all-disc setup pero disc and drum isn't a deal breaker.

If I'm not mistaken, "chamois" leather upholstery is for the high end V variants like in Thailand and Australia. Brown is for the lower G variants.

But it seems completely opposite in our PH market.

Yes i was going to say that also. I even reviewed the youtube videos cos i remember seeing before the top of the line 2.8's having the chamois color scheme. Baliktad nga for our market unless ung brochure ang nabaliktad at nagkamali. I prefer the brown so sana nagkamali nga :D

Same, so long as it cools the cabin and gets the job done. If they included this on the G, price would definitely breach the 1.5M mark.

Reserved one with Toyota Manila Bay last Dec. 28. My SA texted me last Friday to inform that units will be available by March. She could not provide me with the launch date though. So if your info on a Jan. 14 launch date is accurate, ang tagal naman ng release? I hope my SA's wrong coz Toyota is known to release immediately after launch date

    Same here. Call me old.

Whomever keeps batting for beige interiors at Toyota should be castrated... may detailing shop business siguro. lol. J/k

Re THB to PHP pricing, an outright conversion will not be exact IMO as there are other nuances to pricing outside of direct forex comparison. I recall with the Hilux, the outright THB to PHP conversion gave the Hilux a PHP70-100K higher price when compared to the actual PHP pricing.

so totoo nga na ang mga darating na new Fortuners sa atin are under speced, and worse, it will be overpriced tulad ng dumating ang Hilux sa atin? (yun ay base sa isang post na nabasa ko sa isang FB group)
