Coasting to a stop means 5 meters from a stop light, i put it in neutral. And start to brake.

Agree. You won't be saving on gas neither.

'buti na lang, brakes are cheap.
but i wouldn't recommend coasting, either.
the potential expensive accident negates the whatever meager savings the driver envisions.

Wouldn't putting the transmission to neutral before coasting to a stop place more stress on the brakes because there is no more engine braking assisting in the process of stopping/slowing the car?

Engine braking doesn't activate at such a short coasting distance.

    no big deal, really.
we are just asking the brakes to do what they were designed to do.

I wouldn’t coast in Neutral before a stop. I can modulate my braking to make the car settle to a subtler stop.

I’d want more control in a car than the perceived or insignificant savings in fuel consumption.

For the base variant (GL), does the sunvisors for the driver and passenger both equipped with illuminated vanity mirrors, or just plain mirrors, or no mirrors at all?
