Maarat, in Tanay, where the lovely table-top photo-op place is:

Intimidating, but doable by amateurs like yours truly during the dry season.

Not alone, though... best to go in a group with experienced off-roaders, with a recovery rig.

Hanggang sawa, or until you run out of gas... puwede.

There's a place in Cavite along the national highway, easy to get to, but it's just a patch of dirt, not quite as much fun.

Then there's a lot of trails out along the Tanayburgring.... and Jungle Base Camp... though I don't know how to get there.

Question guys: Would you say that the jimny has better chances of crossing a flooded street than the apv because the apv's engine lies closer to the ground?

    TIA,

    TIA,
The airbox and snorkel are what you should be looking at. Not the engine.

But yes, the Jimny is a better bet.

Pre-cleaner of jimny is on the fender battery level while APV has snout fog lamp level, so yeah Jimny is better in flood... Both will be dead once the ignition got water breached, this why i prefer diesel for flood.
