It seems Suzuki Shaw would take eternity to refund our deposit, still no check as of this writing. Talked again to the Sales Manager there yesterday, Romeo Mateo, and still he cannot commit the release date of our deposit. He admitted though that they still somehow hope to convert our deposit into sales (that's why maybe they are deliberately witholding the refund), but deal is very impossible now as they spoiled the deal already: they cannot commit on the unit they promised, they were trying to persuade us to buy different Suzuki colors/units which we as customers definitely do not like, and they cannot commit on the refund. It's really a breach of trust already. With this very negative experience with Suzuki Shaw, we have no recourse but to file a formal complaint with the Assistant Regional Director's Office of DTI-NCR for unfair business dealing. Just stating facts here guys and first hand experience, for those scouting to have a new Jimny, deal with Suzuki Shaw at your own risk. Cheers!

Sir. It was posted in this forum regarding the unethical practice of suzuki shaw. I think lumutang na din yung name ni mr. Mateo here if im not mistaken. Too bad hindi niyo nabasa yung thread before you placed your deposit. Sana magustohan niyo parin yung jmny cause its a nice car.

just came from Krystal Aire this morning. sira nga daw compressor ko thats why pag traffic/idle, namamatay yung lamig. will get 2nd opinion first tomorrow.

latest FC ko, 8.04km/l using Petron XCS. shifted to Unioil euro4 95 today.

Pre, is the condenser fan still working? I had the same problem until I had the fan motor replaced.

I see. So it could be the compressor. Naku mahal yan sir, I think. I haven't replaced mine pa and it is 5 yrs old na.
