Pa help naman po, saan nakakabili ng Collinite 845? Wala kasi ako makita sa ACE Gbelt at Landmark. Concorde / Blade? Pwede po sya sa windshield di ba or ano po pwede nyo ma recommend i.e., autogard, micro magic ?

Then ni check ko ngayon yung oil dipstick, sobra ng kaunti sa marker nya. Ok lang kaya iyon, meron bang me xase dito din ng ganon dati? Sinabi ko na yun sa nag PMS, last Monday e. Per manual dapat within the range lang.

They showed me the first and second filters and it was so dirty, dark brown in color. Then the injectors covered with carbon.

I feel I should not be charged but they insisted it was an end-user problem. Tho I just brought this up to Suzuki Phil and hopefully they'll act on this.

I know also they won't easily exchange your unit and fix whatever they still can. I also thought with that one incident, it cannot accumulate so much carbon to cause my car to stall. It means, it's been accumulating over time. It's either, that gas station has really 'dirty' gas or something is wrong with the engine.

I can only prove it until I changed brand and station. After this, if the same problem will occur, then, I think I have something concrete proof that it's not the gas or the brand, but the engine.

I'll follow for now their ILLOGICAL advise just so they have nothing to take against me if the same problem occurs. I was even told if it got worst I have to exchange 4 injectors and pay for it at 4,5 each.

I hope someone 'expert' can give me further advise with this case. I don't know what cause so much accumulation of carbon and if its possible for this problem to occur with just 7k+ in the odo.

These injectors, filters are in an enclosed mechanical system. What's the purpose of the warranty if they cannot be liable on these parts. These are not consumable materials in the first place.

Unfortunately, we only have one dealership in our area, CDO. It's a new gas station, not flooded area.

This is what's good about forums, I get educated. I brought that up to them and emailed Suzuki PH. The last feedback I got was, they'll look into my case and if refund me if ever.

Now I realized, warranty can be very tricky. If only I can return my car for a poor dealership service, I would. I wanted to stay away from that dealership too. I'm thinking to do PMS somewhere else. Tho, I have to go through the warranty terms again. Just so, I won't 'VOID' it. geee

^^^sir just to let you know, baka hindi mo lang napansin at sure na wala naman tumitingin, mukhang sa dealership na nagkaproblema ang dumi sa loob ng fuel tank mo sir.

Grabe naman yang stealership na pinuntahan mo.

Wag naman sana masayang ang ertiga dahil, sa ganyang sistema ng CASA. Yung tipong rulad ng sa hyundai thread, maayos ang sasakyan pero sablay ung stealership. Kaya ang notion ng tao tuloy panget ang brand.

Hays, lipat ka sir ng dealership at dun ka claim warranty in case in the future, and future PMS mo.

1st PMS ko kahapon (Saturday) sa Suzuki Shaw. Sablay talaga kahit kailan yung SA ko. Friday tinawagan pa ko para maconfirm ang appointment. Pero nung dumating kami, wala naman yung pangalan ko. Di daw ba advise yung may hawak ng appoinments for PMS..

Eto pa, nakita ko rin yung unit na dapat ay sa amin. Nagreserve kami ng 5K (minamadali kami na magbayad) for the unit pero binenta naman pala sa iba at kami ang pinahintay ng 2 weeks. Internal deci$ion daw pero kalaunan umamin din sila dahil kinokontak na rin namin ang planta (Suzuki Phils).
Nilapitan ko yung unit na yon at nakita ko may sticker sya sa windshield - "OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES- Malacanang".. Kaya naman pala. Either emplyado or KKK ng "daang matuwid" (daw) yung di nila matanggihan.

While waiting, nilapitan ako ng staff at may pinapirma sakin. Pag abot nya ng warranty booklet, yung unit na yun ang nakalagay.. hahaha.. sa isip ko, dapat samin talaga yun. Anyway, goodluck na lang sa ibang owner at sana maging masaya sya unit "namin".. :D

sa case ko more than a month bago matapos kasi palit pinto napabilis pa un kasi inemail ko na ung customer service ng suzuki phils dahil alang umaaksyon sa manila bay.

ngayon nasa casa sya kaya d rin ako nakapunta ng EB

isang buwan bago na process bro? or isang buwan intayin bago matapos yung repairs?

Nung ni-drive ko na papuntang church (Victory Dasma) para ipa-dedicate at blessing, sobrang kaba ko. Parang yung puso ko e nasa lalamunan ko na.

Madaling kausap ang Suzuki Dasma (siguro ganun din ang Sucat branch?). Sa mga nag-sscount ng magandang dealer, SA ko si Dave at mention ninyo name ko Leo.
In time for first PMS, sa April ang opening ng service center.

Sa mga taga cavite lalu na dasma or gentri banda, sir yohan at butchoi, san po maganda magpa exterior detail, i mean car wash and wax... kahit ung mura lang.
may nakita ako sa may papuntang sunnybrooke na car wash, may banner ng meguiars.

May news ba kayo from the dealers regarding LTO's "No Registration - No Travel"?
Doon sa mga wala pang plates/OR-CR, anong commitment ang nakuha nyo sa Dealer?

sabi sa akin, latest daw is April 2015 marerelease, I just want to know other owners with the same dilemma (no plates)

3 weeks boss approval pa lang tapos one week para sa pinto (dumating lang this week) and hopefully tapos na sya next week

just spoke with the parts manager sa suzuki pasig, max of 8 working days daw gagawin. iiwan ko na sana yung auto kaso may sunduin ako sa airport on friday next week nalang hehehe
btw bpi talaga ang may delay dahil sa pesteng free insurance na yan. di nila ginagawan ng policy ang customer hanggat di ka nag claim.

Meron Collinite sellers sa OLX. Sakin sa Bluemile Detailing ko nabili yung 845 ko. May 476 din sila Sa windshield, windows and side mirrors I use Blade water repellent.

Same PMS price ng 1K and 5K PMS ng Swift and Ertiga sa Shaw -- P1120 Nasa 6k daw yung 10K PMS.

DEMAND a transmittal from the dealer 7 days after the car has been released to you. That way, napasa na nga nila yun sa LTO at pwede mong tawagan ang LTO about it then pakuha mo agad sa dealer once available na or/cr mo, PASABAY MO NA PLAKA since mabilis lang dapat ma release yun sa kanila.

OR, if you want na ikaw mag lakad para makapili ka ng coding day. Kausapin mo lang ng sobrang maayos yung nasa table na nag iisue ng plaka.
