Grabe, supposedly issued on March 20 (but not sure kung kelan talaga napublic) tapos implementation April 1?? wala ba man lang mas realistic na lead time? can't someone speak up for the affected car owners (AAP, automotive media, etc.)? tapos parang walang liability ang car dealers/makers, all the burden is on the owner?

IF YOU STILL HAVE NO OR/CR
1. Call your dealer and ask if your car is being registered na
2. Ask which LTO branch? (NCR, or other region, etc)
3. Ask kelan nila pinapasa yung registration papers nyo
4. Note all the info down
5. Call LTO Office and mention your intention to get your plates (supply ur name, conduction sticker, and infor from no 3 and 4)
6. HOPEFULLY if they should say that your plate is already there and you can pickup BOTH or/cr and plate sa LTO office assigned to u sa no. 3

IF YOU HAVE OR/CR but no plate
1. Call your dealer which LTO branch ka registered? (NCR, or other region, etc)
5. Call LTO Office and mention your intention to get your plates (supply ur name, conduction sticker, and infor from no 3 and 4)
6. HOPEFULLY if they should say that your plate is already there and you can pickup YOUR plate sa LTO office assigned to u sa no. 3

both scenarios you dont NEED a letter from the dealer.
LTO is adamant na on releasing plates to us owners!

Kahapon nabasa ko sa 1 comment sa club na naiiwasan yung pagpasok ng amoy usok galing sa labas kapag nakatodo yung aircon sa blue line.
Then, parang sinabi nga yun sa akin nung staff na nag release ng unit na dapat nga raw todo sa blue.

Kaya ginawa ko rin agad kahapon....parang may katotohanan!!! Try nyo rin, ino-off ko lang masyado kase maginaw.

Just called my dealer. As expected i dont have or/cr yet and insisted that the delay or problem is with the LTO. LTO on the other hand points to the dealers. So its a game of pingpong nalang.either which, the burden falls upon us owners!.so sa garahe nalang mag hoholyweek si ertigs kc malamang atat mga enforcers manghuli sa atin nian by april 1. Kawawa na naman si juan dela cruz sia taga salo ng pagkukulang ng iba..tsktsk..

You can use it within 7days after release provided you have and can present when apprehended the ff: csr sales invoice at certificate of insurance coverage. And then afterwards, you will find ways.😀
