Ok naman ang feeling, confident again na in good condition ertigas namin. nakaka paranoid ang mga issues na dumadating. naidulog ko na mga ingay, ok naman daw malakas lang pag bukas ang hood. wala naman naririnig pag nasa loob ng kotse.

Our ertiga stalled last Saturday and I just got it out from the Casa yesterday afternoon. Findings, 'injector' covered with too much carbon that it couldn't pump. Primary and secondary filters were filled with so much dirt. They discovered sediments in my fuel tank. I ended up paying 2,5 for the service which includes gas but when they handed me the vehicle, it's almost empty. After a kilometer run, warning light turned on. I also just noticed that they charged me P700 for the gas but their manager told me, he PO'ed gas worth P500.

Possible cause are the following (as per service center):
- The station where I used to get my gas for the past months
- 'Dirty' gasoline of SeaOil
- Using higher octane fuel. I use Premium with 95 RON but this I don't want to agree since it should not have any effect at all but they insisted not to use anymore higher RON.

I asked them to give me written report of their findings so I can send it to the gas station and asked them for possible refund of the repair/inconvenience it cost me.

SeaOil is very near my place and the past months of being with them, I'd like to think this is just an isolated case but never again. Next gas station not out of my way but a little bit far is Caltex. This is also what the dealer recommended me.

not sure sir ha, i had a 1996 civic, kung saan saan ako nagpapagas and is not sure kung bakit yung sayo magbabara agad, may fuel filter naman.

you should not be charged for labor and everything and it should be under warranty.

mahirap din patunayan na ung dumi eh galing sa station. and it is libelous in nature.

luma na civic ko pero did not experience such a thing. hopefully makumbinse mo sila na lemon yung car mo as suggested by others.

Mga sir naexperience nyo n ba n pagstart nyo ng engine di nawala ung drawing ng manibela sa dashboard display..sinubukan ko pihitin..matigas..so pinatay ko engine den start ulit..ano po kaya cause nun?hirap naman kung pasumpong sumpong although 1st tym p lng naman..sana d n maulit..

They showed me the first and second filters and it was so dirty, dark brown in color. Then the injectors covered with carbon.

I feel I should not be charged but they insisted it was an end-user problem. Tho I just brought this up to Suzuki Phil and hopefully they'll act on this.

I know also they won't easily exchange your unit and fix whatever they still can. I also thought with that one incident, it cannot accumulate so much carbon to cause my car to stall. It means, it's been accumulating over time. It's either, that gas station has really 'dirty' gas or something is wrong with the engine.

I can only prove it until I changed brand and station. After this, if the same problem will occur, then, I think I have something concrete proof that it's not the gas or the brand, but the engine.

I'll follow for now their ILLOGICAL advise just so they have nothing to take against me if the same problem occurs. I was even told if it got worst I have to exchange 4 injectors and pay for it at 4,5 each.

I hope someone 'expert' can give me further advise with this case. I don't know what cause so much accumulation of carbon and if its possible for this problem to occur with just 7k+ in the odo.

^^^sir just to let you know, baka hindi mo lang napansin at sure na wala naman tumitingin, mukhang sa dealership na nagkaproblema ang dumi sa loob ng fuel tank mo sir.

Grabe naman yang stealership na pinuntahan mo.

Wag naman sana masayang ang ertiga dahil, sa ganyang sistema ng CASA. Yung tipong rulad ng sa hyundai thread, maayos ang sasakyan pero sablay ung stealership. Kaya ang notion ng tao tuloy panget ang brand.

Hays, lipat ka sir ng dealership at dun ka claim warranty in case in the future, and future PMS mo.

Ok naman yung kabit nya, Titanium ata yung brand nung sa amin, kasama sya sa freebies, pero kung gusto mo ng mas kalidad sa labas mo ipagawa, hingi ka nalang kapalit na freebie. Kung ok lang sa iyo light yung sa harap, kasi minsan hirap ako pag gabi. Medium dark yung sa front ko then, yung the rest mas darker pa. Pero preference mo pa rin yan, ako kasi medyo thunders na kaya siguro ganon tingin ko during night time.

Congrats Sir, ako rin kahapon namin pinakabit sabay 2nd pms na din. Bali pasok naman sa sinabi ng SA na 3-4 months yung plaka. Nov.19 na release si Erti namin. Sakto kasi me pupuntahan kami sa Marikina next month
