December 18th, 2012 08:26 PM #1454Thank you sir victorevolution for asking, well the apv's still have this humming or whining sound
at 35 kph up to 70 kph ( the loudest was at 60 kph ). Not that loud as before after the bearings
were replaced in the rear differential assembly but I will take the apv back to the shop next year
to have them check it again.
I spotted an apv last Sunday on my way to Lucky Chinatown Mall in Binondo, Manila.
Lucky Chinatown Mall
No problem in going up the parking at the seventh floor, I just put it in L on the inclined.
Thank you, just sharing.

December 19th, 2012 01:12 AM #1456It was traffic at Masangkay St. and Soler St. going to Lucky China Mall
in Reina Regente St., Binondo Manila. I think we arrived at the Mall by
3:30 pm that December 9,2012.
By the way, I also got a picture of the Denso service center in Soler St. that day.
This is where I got my apv's aircon serviced.
Thank you.

December 19th, 2012 01:52 PM #1457anyone tried going to the dambana ng kagitingan, as far as i know madaming auto tumitirik dito, i wonder would our apv be up to the challenge?
*kenko, good to hear baka di nga tranny yan
hehehe i've been into all kinds of parking lots, di naman nahirapan apv paakya and didn't even used l (only 2), per pag pababa (extremly steep decline)i shift to L kaya nga napaisip ako kung sa dambana ng kagitingan kaya sa bataan...?

December 19th, 2012 02:47 PM #1458Thank you sir victorevolution, the differential is not that complex as the transmission but
if the mechanic cannot set the right clearances, it will still make this humming/ whining
sound. I would advice everyone to check and replace the gear oil in the rear differential
gear of there apv's to prevent any problems.
I think our apv's can climb this.

December 20th, 2012 11:42 PM #1460Hi Sir!
I've been to Mt. Samat twice with my manual apv. Both times hindi ako nakapasok doon sa cross, huhuhu!
Kaya ng apv sir, yung first trip ko we were 6 medium-sized adults and 4 kids. There were instances where I really had to shift into first gear (blame it on the driver siguro), but other than that, kayang kaya. I drive all the way to the upper parking level nga pala, not at the foot of the steps.
Having problems posting images as well.
