AFAIK sir maingay ang maxxis. But if road noise isn't an issue, you can go for it

i'd agree with sir errol regards sa it doesn't mean na mas mahal e mas maganda na ang tires. Check out reviews. Also consider and road/weather conditions natin dito. Some reviews siyempre will be more favorable to them because of the conditions they are in.

Example will be the Neuton N5000 tires. Budget meal pero ang ganda ng reviews and ratings. HTH :D

We're using Kumho Solus on our old B13 Sentra. Good bang for the buck tire. The sidewall seems soft when i feel it out but so far walang problems and i usually air up at 33-34psi.

On our Vios, were using the Toyo DRBs also (195-55R15). Good wet weather griop. It'll be needing replacement later this year though (after 45,000kms++).

I expect Toyos to be good since its Japan based hehe, we have used some DRB set before on 18s and its got good grip and noise is almost silent. Now the Proxes T1R, aggressive thread design, much noisier than DRBs, but this T1R you can also bring it in the track na din really grippy specially on dry.

*sabawballs- have used 18s NT5000 on my S15 before, really good tire considering na mas mahal pa ang federal SS595 (one of the worst i had). Grip is really something. It kept my Sylvia planted on the road. Really good!

yep the Federal SS595 18s (225/40/18) are actually noisy. My brother have them and yeah... Yun ang complain niya.

BMT (Budget Meal Tires around 2.5-3.5k a tire) na marerecommend ko are
    1. Neuton NT8000, NT5000, NT3000 - though not sure sa price ng NT8000
    2. Achilles Radial 2233
    3. Federal 595EVO - though some may not like the sidewall of this dahil sa design niya pero im sure its more quiet compared to SS

We're using the same specs for the drb's. It's fitted on my lancer. Agree on your observation.

+1 for the T1R. very predictable tire, you can drive it all the way to the limit of adhesion because you can easily know when its already loosing its grip. very good for trackdays!

I'd get the Ecsta SPT KU31. I've been using it for over 4 months now, I'm happy with its performance.

    my experience on suv tires.....
continental... smooth to drive madali mapudpod like buying bridgestone tires....
    dunlop--- sumasabog....
yokohama--- maganda ang design pero bumubukol.....
bridgestone--- madali mapudpod pero hindi sumasabog or bumubukol....
michelin --- matagal maubos sulit na sulit.... mahal nga lang....
kumho tires--- better than bridgestone and yokohama....
wanli tires--- matibay din.... matagal mapudpod pero not smooth to drive like other branded tires...

my experience on the tires you posted

Continental - no experience aside from my brother's fiesta car. just so so. nothing special with it. top model can be very expensive.

Dunlop - LM702 - hindi sya sumasabog, pero in my experience nabukulan na ko dito. Grip is uhmm, ahhh not grippy.
DIREZZA okay talaga. Dunlop is a premium brand, so pricey din.

Yokohama - Geolandar HT/S - for the price panalo talaga. grips well on dry and wet. Mas tahimik pa sa BS Dueler HT (stock tire ng montero, everest etc), at mas mura din. A-Drive good all around tire, bang for the buck price. Hindi pa bumubukol up to now. ADVAN A10 (stock tire ng Lancer GTA) decent performer para sa akin.
NEOVA - eto winner din to, dry and wet, wag lang asahan sa roads with loose dirt.

Bridgestone - replace my Dueler HT after two years, maingay compared sa Geolandar, im just not confident with the tire specially in the rain. Turanza ER300 (stock tire ng 08 Altis) decent tire, replaced it with ADrive, mas okay ang ADrive for me considering the price and how it performs.

Michelin - Pilot Preceda - another premium brand, pricey as well, grip is very good dry and wet, very quiet too. though mabilis sya maupod compared sa iba na nagamit ko (dunlop, nexen, federal). Vanpix - another so so tire, nothing special, decent performer but for the price daming mas okay na option. XM1 - one of the worst ive tried imo.

Nitto - NT420S - eto ipinalit ko sa BS dueler ko. a world of difference in street performance. Dueler may advantage sa konting offroad ofcourse.

Kumho - no experience with it.
    Wanli - no experience din.

Mag-Yokohama A.Drive ka nalang. I'm pretty sure it comes in the size of the Jazz. Anong model and variant ba ng Jazz yan?

Di ko kasi sure kung yung Kumho Ecsta may sizes for that, but if meron, mas mura yun and maganda siya.
