i'd agree with sir errol regards sa it doesn't mean na mas mahal e mas maganda na ang tires. Check out reviews. Also consider and road/weather conditions natin dito. Some reviews siyempre will be more favorable to them because of the conditions they are in.
Example will be the Neuton N5000 tires. Budget meal pero ang ganda ng reviews and ratings. HTH :D

We're using Kumho Solus on our old B13 Sentra. Good bang for the buck tire. The sidewall seems soft when i feel it out but so far walang problems and i usually air up at 33-34psi.
On our Vios, were using the Toyo DRBs also (195-55R15). Good wet weather griop. It'll be needing replacement later this year though (after 45,000kms++).

August 8th, 2012 02:28 PM #824I expect Toyos to be good since its Japan based hehe, we have used some DRB set before on 18s and its got good grip and noise is almost silent. Now the Proxes T1R, aggressive thread design, much noisier than DRBs, but this T1R you can also bring it in the track na din really grippy specially on dry.
*sabawballs- have used 18s NT5000 on my S15 before, really good tire considering na mas mahal pa ang federal SS595 (one of the worst i had). Grip is really something. It kept my Sylvia planted on the road. Really good!

yep the Federal SS595 18s (225/40/18) are actually noisy. My brother have them and yeah... Yun ang complain niya.
BMT (Budget Meal Tires around 2.5-3.5k a tire) na marerecommend ko are
1. Neuton NT8000, NT5000, NT3000 - though not sure sa price ng NT8000
2. Achilles Radial 2233
3. Federal 595EVO - though some may not like the sidewall of this dahil sa design niya pero im sure its more quiet compared to SSLast edited by sabawballs; August 8th, 2012 at 02:57 PM.
