that will depend on what brand HU you'll put, on other brands it will still work. also make sure na gumawa na ng subaru kung san ka mag pa install yung iba kasi mali yung wire na napuputol nila kaya yung radio controls sa steering wheel nasisira nila.

Hello, guys! We have 2 units of the Subaru XV premium coming out from the dealer-(Motor Image) within this month. Already got advice from our agent. You can get it cheaper than current price of the dealer and no more waiting. Pm me if interested. Thanks!

always turn off yun engine kung mag pa gas ka. if you leave the engine while filling up di magregister yun additional fuel sa gauge

Hey guys! I need help I'm reserving a premium unit with leather interior but I can't decide which color to get? I'm choosing between pearl white and ice silver, but I also consider getting a black or dark grey. Medyo manly lang yung last two but it's ok since hindi ako mahilig sa medyo feminine colors... I like pearl white, pero parang dumihin and mahirap daw imaintain? Also i think most buyers are choosing pearl white, hindi kaya in the long run, puro pearl white na makita mo in xv?

I don't know much about cars but my 2004 CRV is well maintained since may nagdadala rin for car wash, maintenance, checkup or repair etc. by my daddy's strict orders and If you're gonna ask my profession/lifestyle, I'm a single businesswoman in early to mid 20s... 40% of my time goes to traveling by plane or road and local or international, 30% client or association/industry meetings (makati, manila and ortigas), 20% office work, 10% others (parties/events, shopping/me time and road trip/out of town with friends).

In terms of colors... dark grey is great, pearl white is also good.

White is not hard to keep clean. In my experience, the worst color to keep clean is black. My current car now is white and dust on the car is not as visible as compared to my black car. A silver or grey car will look clean because the color hides the dust/dirt the best.

As for a color becoming very popular, don't let it be an issue when you are buying your car of choice. You are buying it for yourself so it is still what makes YOU happy.

Thank you for your suggestions! I might get the white premium. I'm also considering dark grey since grey is one of my favorites... Well whichever comes first! LOL

I like the color, but I actually haven't seen one in person. Puro white din kasi yung nakikita ko sa xv

For a car, medyo feminine nga yung tangerine orange sakin. Haha!

    *missandrea,

Is there a waiting period for the XV? How soon can a unit be available?

  15. #155
To answer my own query, there's a waiting period of 2-3 months daw for the base model, even longer for the premium.

Would it be better to order from the Pampanga branch?

Hi Sorry for late reply! I went to davao and arrive last monday... I inquired for the premium eh, but the agent who assisted me in Subaru Greenhills said that the premium may take longer but give at least 2 to 3 months... Max of 3 na daw... and the line is up to 300 na.. so hindi ako dun nagpareserve...

For an update, I reserved for a Pearl White Premium... I really like the orange though... sayang

Ma'm, sorry for not backreading but why not reserve for the orange unit instead ? You're willing to wait anyway.

my unit (pearl white) took around 4 months before they were able to deliver to me (the agent told me that there was only someone who backed out that's why they gave the unit to me). i suggest you avoid greenhills or global (nothing against them) but their lines are really long. try alabang instead..

to the current owners, puwede mag-request

could you possible take a picture of your trunk when you have stuff loaded there - like golf bags, or groceries or luggage? I need to have an idea of the size of the trunk to see if it's a deal breaker.

I was just told that lines for the standard variant aren't as long anymore. I never did ask from Alabang though. Hmm.
