WOW! nagpalit na pala kayo ng 16" TE37(tama po ba sir?hehe) with M/T's pa! niceee! I can see that the 4x4 itch didn't compliment with your 20" before...

I liked what you've done with the foglight shroud and the side moldings! very nice color coordination....=D

BTW sir....when are you planning to test your snorkel? hehe

because the guide told me the 2nd time I was there with the group, Its this time of the year when the waters at sapang bato gets deeper than usual.... please do drop me a PM if your planning anything...^_^

here are some pics the first time I was there and second time for BigBlock...

Nice strada... about snorkels naman sir yup agree din ako 100% sa mga sinabi niyo about it... siguro nag karoon lang ng ibat ibang exchange of ideas about it pero either way performance parts naman din talaga siya. maiba lang ako sir pano yung ibang mga electronic parts kaya ng pickup pag severe river crossing? like yung ECU niya, alternator, dip stick etc.... di ba ma aapektohan yung mga yun pag na lubog? gaano din kaya ka sealed ang strada natin pag dating sa tubig?

it is made in china but i assure you the quality of materials used and the craftmanship of the finishings are at par with the original australian(arb, tjm) snorkels.not those fiber glass ones that warp as you use it. pm me nalang for the costs and other details of the snorkel.

    sir locoroco777,

you were the inspiration for the repainting of the door moulding. i know you took of the paint, i took it one step further by having it painted the same color as the fender flares.

when i get back next week, i will be lifting the strada by 2 inch. btw, i got mickey's but those are all terrains unlike yours. im surprise you even know the model of the design for the rims. lenso copies.hehehehe.

i hope to get a bumper similar to Sir GO1 soon. budget permits.hehehehe

where is sapang bato??? i hope to get into some light offrading again. miss those days.

    djoverdose,

as long as the truck is running at motion, all the electricals will still be o, but once you get the stuck in standing water, that's where all the damage comes in. that's why there's a snorkel to put the air intake at a higher position because that's the most vulnerable spot of the engine where water can easily get in and drown the engine, whether it's a gas or diesel engine.

    sir,

for the front, you just add some spacers to the coil springs, for the rear, just change to extended shackkles, nowifyou want, you can change the shockstoan extnded onesoyoudont maxout the stockshockatthe rear since you will be lifting it.

illtry toborrow somepics fromanother site so you can check the lift of the strada.

Ahh I see hehe...thats good to know sir.... actually I was also planning to paint it...but the problem is me and my dad only realize it when the mouldings was put back to place already haha!

your in for the lift nadin pala sir... BTW you might want to pass by carryboy...because I think they now offer some lifting parts...I got the brochure from the last PIMS the brand is gator tech from thailand...I think the parts are worth checking out...because on all of the lift components that I have seen...its the only brand that offers an after market ball joint and after market bump stop spacer..which I think it can somewhat preserve the riding comfort...

also, the one with the MTZ is bigblock's rig...his running on 16's, the tires on my truck is as same as yours, only 17" mukang lang MTZ because of the mags width 9" kaya lumitaw yung threads and the bulging sidewalls...hehe

your eyeing pala the same bumpers as sir g01 ganda nun!(^_^) also you might want to try asking our club fabricators manong sael and bigblock...maybe they can make a design for you...hehe at much cheaper price rather than those 4x4 shops... at my libre pang redhorse at merienda...hahaha!

sapang bato is in angeles city pampanga...check out the clubs FB site andun yung most of the pictures...I hope to meet and roll with you soon sir...

    KC,

ah i see... thanks for the enlightenment.

    LR777,

Heheheh ganun ba? akala ko nag palit kana.... pinalitan na rin ni sir bigblock yung bullbar niya? parang hindi kasi ganun yung nakita ko nung last eb sa S4S.

    borloloy,

sir why not consider an HID for your foglight? check mo sa sulit or sa ibang local car forums... may mga nag bebenta ng HID for as low as 2,000 pesos... more light less voltage.... get the 3,000 kelving para dilaw.

*LR777 thanks sa info sir the bulbs guess mag NB's nga ako for headlights, im cautious pa sa eurolines po kasi iv search dito sa tsikot forums, may incedent pala na natunaw yung chrome reflectors niya sa fogs kasi sobra init daw "euroline" ,still not sure kung faulty din yung wiring nung car sa incedent kaya natunaw..
*djoverdose siguro w8 ko lang po ma tapos warranty bago mag switch to HID's.. kaya still for the look out padin for yellow h11 besides polarg(ang mahal kasi, parang HID's na price na hehe)

    LR777,

hehehe siguro nga.... theres alot of things i was asking you din kasi kaya siguro di ko na napansin....

    Borloloy,

bro plug and play lang mga HID ngayon... so if you know how to replace the stock bulbs, installing an HID would almost be the same.... mine still does not have any plate number pero nilipat ko na yung HID ko sa headlight.... when i went to the casa for my first 1k PMS tinangal ko nalang muna at binalik yung stock.... wala namang marker yung sa mga lights so they will not know kung ginalaw mo o hindi...

with regards sa concern mo about sa headlight na nasisira yung reflector part, typical yan pag prolong use specially kung mataas yung wattage ng bulb....

before on my sentra gts, did not have the problem na nag oxidize yung reflective cover ng head light housing pero yung lens niya grabe yung marks.... kita mo na medyo na luto sa init ng bulb plus the small cracks.... kase nung nakuha ko siya naka 100W yung bulb na naka lagay...

better go for the HID nalang bro... less heat, less wattage, but more light....
