*LR777 thanks sa info sir the bulbs guess mag NB's nga ako for headlights, im cautious pa sa eurolines po kasi iv search dito sa tsikot forums, may incedent pala na natunaw yung chrome reflectors niya sa fogs kasi sobra init daw "euroline" ,still not sure kung faulty din yung wiring nung car sa incedent kaya natunaw..
*djoverdose siguro w8 ko lang po ma tapos warranty bago mag switch to HID's.. kaya still for the look out padin for yellow h11 besides polarg(ang mahal kasi,parang HID's na price na hehe)

baka yung 100w ang ginamit nya.... dapat pag bibili ka...yung stock wattage lang...

bro plug and play lang mga HID ngayon... so if you know how to replace the stock bulbs, installing an HID would almost be the same.... mine still does not have any plate number pero nilipat ko na yung HID ko sa headlight.... when i went to the casa for my first 1k PMS tinangal ko nalang muna at binalik yung stock.... wala namang marker yung sa mga lights so they will not know kung ginalaw mo o hindi...

with regards sa concern mo about sa headlight na nasisira yung reflector part, typical yan pag prolong use specially kung mataas yung wattage ng bulb....

before on my sentra gts, did not have the problem na nag oxidize yung reflective cover ng head light housing pero yung lens niya grabe yung marks.... kita mo na medyo na luto sa init ng bulb plus the small cracks.... kase nung nakuha ko siya naka 100W yung bulb na naka lagay...

better go for the HID nalang bro... less heat, less wattage, but more light....

Guys just read from a foreign site about blocking the EGR with steel plates or copper plates.. may naka gawa na ba sa inyo nito???

they say that the reason why they blocked the EGR is to prevent well.... the exhaust gas in entering the combustion system again, preventing the build up of carbon inside our intake manifold.....

im just curious...

well, taking this word for word and point for point... okay naman gawin yung ganito para wala ka nang hassle sa cleaning ng egr and the carbon buildup, but the reason why we have an egr, considering that it is also installed in the intake manifold, is so that the air sucked into the engine will be hotter than the outside air, hotter air easier to combust. considering that diesel does not burn on it's own unlike gasoline, you need high pressure and high temperature to burn diesel, so it the hot exhaust gas being delivered by the egr actually helps in the faster and more efficient combustion of the fuel...

para hindi kayo masyado namomoroblema sa mga egr ninyo i would like to suggest the following:

1. be vigilant with cleaning your air cleaners, at least every change oil cycle, clean your filters. It looks easy with just having to blow compressed air through one side of the filter, but do it wrong and yuo screw your filter. take it easy with the compressed air, wag babaran ng hangin, intermittent lang ang buga dapat.
2. on long drives, cycle through your engine speeds. wag mag bababad sa iisang speed lang, play around the rev range every once in a while
3. be picky on your fuel supplier. every brand has their own claim to fame. choose your own poison. just avoid getting from the small and micro dealers. todas lang ang makina mo dun
4. be consistent with your change oil schedule.

my strada is going 4 years old this november and i have never had an issue with my egr... well not yet... hehehehehe

Very well said sir.... have read the use of EGR in wiki, yun nga din yung sinabi. parang it keeps the temp high enough para madali din masunog yung diesel... something like that. but likewise im just new to diesel engines kaya medyo skeptic ako...

pero mas na initindihan ko yung sa explanation mo... hehehe....

just got out from the hospital after 10 days lying there with dextrose on, may kasama pang on and off na fever, plus low platelets pa, plus clueless doctors trying to guess what's the cause of my sickness.
anyway, back to mods na naman. just found a shop na may benta angel eyes but im not sure if genuine eagle eyes brand bah.

kung sa dilaw lang din euroline talaga... so far yan lang yung nakitaan ko na dilaw na dilaw compared sa ibang brand na halogen.... just make sure na samw wattage... kasi nakakasunog ng headlight pag nasa 100W eh.... sometimes it can melt your harness pa pag tagal....
