TSCP Strada Mods [continued]

Ah ganun ba...... hay mukang kelangan muna ma halt yung mga iba kong project sa strada... mukang kelangan ko muna pagipunan yung bull bar sa front at rear bumper...

just this afternoon na hit and run yung strada ko.... according to the security guards and some by standers a grey fortuner clipped my rear bumper.... good thing minor scratch lang ng yari sa rear bumper with a small crack about 2-3" long near sa step board.... no major mis alignment nor damage to the body or paint....

siguro nakita yung sticker ng strada club at nagandahan masyado kaya humalik yung fortuner niya sa strada ko....

they got the plate number...ZGN-242. had no plans on claiming the damage to my insurance since im planning to replace my rear bumper din naman.... but what i want to do is to give the owner of that plate number a lesson.... where should i go???? LTO? i can get the report from the security guards office tomorrow.. kakainis lang kasi wala pang plate number yung strada ko tapos ingat na ingat ka pa.... kitang kita kasing pinilit talaga niya eh... both ends of my bumper had scratches....

Picture lang sir ng truck nyo sa actual location, it would help if may statement din from the guard since he saw the plate #. Sa akin dati, hit and run tapos no witnesses, na-approve pa rin ng insurance, police report lang and pictures.

pro since you won't claim it sa insurance, then report lang sa police para mahabol un driver ng fortuner. Police station to be reported dapat kung san po ung location where you were hit and run. They will contact LTO for you para ma-verify kung kanino un fortuner.

If you can get an affidavit from the security guard or bystander who saw what happened and got the plate# of the Fortuner, go to the nearest Police Station to report or "blotter" the incident ASAP. Much better if you can bring the "sikyo" or "miron" in person to give their personal statement. Then you talk to the pulis to prepare the "salaysay" for the corresponding violation of the "John Doe" which they will forward to the "fiscal". If you can get the details of the LTO Plate from the LTO - much better. You just have to follow this up with a couple of visits to the police and prosecutor's office.

had a snorkel installed last week on my strada.....lumakas ang hatak, maybe when i reach 10k kms, ill replace the stock air filter to KNN.

HAAAAYYYY....... what a day.... got another dent on my strada..... badtrip talaga ang parking ko sa office..... kakainis.... parang Ewan yung mga naka park dun kung mag bukas ng pinto akala mo walang sasakyan sa gilid... haaayyy....

sorry guys at OT..... really need to vent it out.... wala namang gasgas though likewise my pick up has no plate yet... tapos dalawa na yung dent niya.... its like every other day or sometimes every day ka nag cacarwash or nag wawash para lagi malinis at maganda yung auto tapos my mga tao talagang walang pakielam.... haayyy....

guess im too OC kaya din ganun....

wow ok pala sir ah... ano po yung brand nung snorkel? is it the type that has a roof mount?

Nakakapagtaka lang...The last time I remember...sir dadz was saying that when you install a snorkel it will decrease daw engine performance.... but now ngayun lumakas naman according to you sir...hehehe....

If naka tutok yun intake ng snorkel forward, it'll be like force feeding your engine with more air as you go faster. Also since the air that you get up there is cooler(more dense) than on the engine bay your air fuel ratio is better. Its like a cold air intake. More Air=More Power

apparently parang sa thailand yata iba yung principle nila sa snorkels hehe...yung mga duma dive na Triton sa waistdeep na putikan you will rarely see na may snorkel hehe...well siguro iba naman yun talaga compared sa river crossing or any terrain na may mataas na tubig kaya di sila naglalagay ng snorkel...

But didn't it come to your mind sir that even though large amounts of air is coming through the snorkel...It may disrupt the proper Air and fuel mixture of the Combustion? or the engine has the ability to adjust the fuel amount being injected depending on the air coming in through the snorkel?

pasensya na sir...medyo hindi ko lang po talaga kabisado yung mga bagay pagdating dyan hehe...Which I think you are knowledgeable po So I might just take the chance on asking you...
