Omega-3 flaxseed. Mas absorbable daw kesa fish oil...which may explain why the fish oil-based stuff have gotten cheaper...

B-complex

Berocca pag medyo stressed. Dunno kung placebo effect lang pero parang nakakatulong.

C-Lium fiber. Helps me poop :D

pag ramdam kong magkakasakit na, i take the "v-bomb": high doses of vitamin C -- juices, generic ascorbic, Berroca. Can't say that it's worked 100% of the time though.

Yeah, don't buy first until you have'nt tried it yet. A weeks worth is enough na for you to decide if the vitamin helps you or "wa-epek"
