the only vaccination i got is for chicken pox.

Naku ang hirap niyan. Officemante ko bruskong brusko pero sa needles kulang na lang himatayin siya.

For me sulit na din naka vaccine, tagal ko na hindi inuubo and sinisipon.

next week i'll donate blood naman, pupunta red cross dito sa office may blood letting.

I think my cocktail of supplements are working. I checked my blood sugar yesterday and it's 95. That's after drinking Royal for lunch, merienda and dinner I'm so afraid to be diabetic kasi.

I will start taking NAC tomorrow because it's supposed to protect the liver. Taking too much meds is bad for the liver kasi. It improves the mood din daw. We'll see...

i dont take whey anymore...the only supps i take are c-lium and creatine....maybe the occasional multi-vit...

Neurobion? That's for older folks ata.

It's a good vitamin, but a bit pricey.
