Currently these are the food supplements I am taking daily without fail
1000 mcg Chromium Picolinate (helps reduce sugar cravings DAW)
1000 mcg Biotin (healthy nails, skin and teeth) but I'm upping this to 5000 mcg
Calcium Magnesium Zinc with D3 (for bones)
I still have my supply of L carnitine. But I only take this before cardio (2000 mg). I'll start taking my NAC daily na rin. I stop taking sodium ascorbate bec I think it made my BP go up hehehe.
