These 2 two teams are too friendly with each other. Teng bros. when defending each other, the one defending's feet are like cemented to the floor, let the other shoot without any semblance of a challenge. Kinda boring game.

Speaking of friendly, nagpalitan pa nga ng drum beats ang Yellow Jackets and Animo Squad after the game. But, the "UST, beat Ateneo" chant was priceless.

swerte lang ni romeo walang support si sumang sa warriors. kung sa "elite scoring level" na lang pag-uusapan, this kid is tops. in fact, a lot of people would pick him over terrence any day of the week and twice on sunday. he is that good

btw, did you guys know that he was already doing scrimmages w/ ateneo before. too bad though he wasn't included in the blue eagle roster because ultimately his pep test certificate was not enough to merit his entry into loyola heights. cool pa naman na bata kaya naman respetado ng mga atenista 'to si roi. i sincerely hope he recovers fully from that injured banged-up knee of his

not really surprising. chummy naman talaga ang dalawang squads na iyan. especially of recent times na may "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" hostility na umiiral sa loob at labas ng basketball court

Ateneo and University of Santo Tomas fought tooth and nail for the UAAP men’s basketball crown last season. This time, though, they’re just fighting for survival.

The Blue Eagles and the Tigers, both hoping to rescue faltering campaigns, dispute the last semifinal berth on the final day of eliminations at 4 p.m. today at Smart Araneta Coliseum.

“I think you can’t say the team who wants it more will win, because we both want it,” said Ateneo coach Bo Perasol, who will miss the crucial match to serve a one-game suspension.

“It’s for all the marbles. But I have no doubts about my team. They’ll fight for that Final Four slot with or without me at the helm.”
