i try to get 70% fat, 25% protein, 5% carbs..too much protein and you wont stay in ketosis, you havent adapted fully yet, dapat train mo the body to feed off the fat you consume..at the same time you wont feel hungry coz my back up kang fat from your body..the weight you lost as of now is water from shedding carbo(hydrates) 1g holds 3-4x its weigh in water...
