    You can do alternating high and low intensity cardio workout po, this stimulates metabolism and helps burn more fat. If needed, remember to take your post-work out shake for active muscle recovery.

    circuit training is useless. I did that for like a year. it's like trialathron. I exercising, you've got to understand the mind. the mind takes time to focus on something that you're doing. and when it locks on to what you're doing, then the body follows FLUIDLY. and when you do everything fluidly, that's the time mag-lose ka ng calories or burn things in your body without even you tracking it down.

    so why is circuit training useless? one word FOCUS. doing so many things in one hour keeps your mind confused and then when it's confused kakain ka lang pagkatapos to cope with confusion.

    remember the LAW of FOCUS. you have to do one thing at a time to succeed in what you want to achieve .

    ah you mentioned that before.. maybe im not officially in the 5th day because of that carb-monday. That carby lunch caused a weird headache.
