Tsikot Fantasy NBA Season IV (League A)

The last two rounds won't matter much on the paper review, but here's A shot at what I observe so far on league A:

Kim's Balls - my early favorite with KG, Deron, JJ, Memo and ROY Durant to provide overall fantasy punch. What? Kim also got AK, Battier and Curry? This will probably abuse most teams provided AK is shipped elsewhere to play big minutes to a contender(read: WIZ, LAL or PHX) and not to mother Russia.

theveed - Pau, two Joshes, Rajon with Al Jef and Mo Will can challenge for superiority most weeks. If Brand returns to his old rockin' self just in time for the fantasy playoffs, Kim and the others better watch their balls.

mantoy's boytoys - KB24 to supply points and 3's, AI3 to supply the points and assists, CBooz and Big Ben to supply the caroms and blocks. FG and FT will probably be the weak points of this team but they will contend most weeks.

ILD - Amare and CP3 makes a lethal fantasy combo. Okafor and Billups are specialists in at least 3 cats(reb, assists, blocks). Add Atkins, Barbo and Mike Miller for the 3PM's and it's all figured out for the tsanis ballers.

fxt's Ichibuns(lucky guy from last season in league B

) -this team won't probably run out of luck with Dirk, Crash, VC and Luol at the helm to supply the needed fantasy numbers. If philly duo of Andre and Sammy can excel in their cats(asst, reb & blk), ftx's luck may continue this season.

D Underdogs -Gil Zero can't shut his deym mouth so he better deliver the fantasy numbers too! The question on my mind is if Bosh can supply last year's numbers with his p.f. flare ups. Shard, JRich and Tony Parker are sure things on several cats but a cloud of doubt appears on the mention of names like Bargnani, Villanueva and MoPete on the line up. Gamble on Bonzi and Tyson Chandler if realized to make handsome fantasy dividends might silence the doubters.

warp - Matrix and Iggy plus Caron and BRoy will carry this team most weeks. But are you content with Brad as the only legit C? Let's hope Granger becomes an all-star this season and Horford contributes decently to an "overstacked with forwards" Hawk's team.

2slow - Nash, Jamison, Gordon and Camby are specialists in the cats you drafted them for. If BDiddy and Manu are healthy and Boris is not affected by the other acquisitions (which I doubt), you're likely to make it to a good finish.

BB's Gentle Frauleins(plus 1 on the team name) - Yao is a big ?? as a first rounder after a so-so season last year but Kidd and Ray Allen are solid 2nd and 3rd picks. They would have complemented TD21's 20-10 game though if you took him in R1. Let's hope Yao's marriage did not affect his health(knees?..hmmm) Big Al, Mobley, DaWest and Raja could rock the stat lines at many a given nights.

PK - great fantasy first five of LbJ, JOn, LO, TMac and Bibby. Odom should have a break out season following his worst year especially if he gets to team up with the other O'neal. Biedrins/Tj Ford will be key to the success of their owner.

Isuzoom - Celtics pride in Pierce plus TD21(solid 2nd pick). The Jet, Kirk, Wilcox, Ricky-ricky, Bogut, Z and Peja all need career high(aka turn around) seasons for this team to contend with the teams above. Good luck.

I so hope (fantasy wise) that AK stays in Utah or flies back to motherland... In real life, I hope he plays somewhere else.

So ano parusa for the commish that failed to pick within an hour or two... (1643 ang last pick... That means as of now (2345), he's 7hrs late.... 12hr-rule states that he should get the next "ranked" player by 443AM tomorrow...

That'd be.... ???

he's right though - let's not annoint the Celtics before the season. you still do have to play the game. remember the Lakers with 4 future HOF'ers? they didn't win either, did they? not to mention the mighty Mavs from last year

plus, he's a competitor - did you expect him to say "yeah, the Celtics will beat our asses this season"
