theveed ok yung diet mo a, mukhang magastos, nasubukan kona din kasi na pag protein ng mag protein(whey) ,gastos din ilang tub yun naubos ko, but i did grew bigger not that symentrical nga lang but i did grow, sabi nun instructor ko now laking gamot ako, hehehe
ungas ok soy protein but a little warning dont take too much though coz soy may be good for our health but too much of it may release something that would trigger the release of estrogen, soy is good for female, to prevent cancer, and much more, for men in right amount it is substancial but not too much

Back from doing Back n Traps. POW meal is finished, lunch is 6" tuna subway 530cal tapos sasabayan ko ng Sun Chips MultiGrain with 210 cal. 710cal lang compared to cheese burger na 1000 cal

cutedoc::: I'm drinking 3 glasses 8oz. of soy protein everyday. (1)- 6am before workout, (2)- 10am after wokrout, (3)- 3pm inbetween meal. Just mixed with plain water. And 2caps of Hydroxycut every 4 hours starting from 6am. Do you think its enough or too much?
And also you mentioned about the release of estrogen, what is it about that I need to worry? Is it good or bad? I guess I should tell my wife to drink soy protein too, maybe a glass a day, para di ako maagawan ng supply. :D

Honestly, I wouldn't worry too much about soy, in HK, everybody is a soy addict, the west tends to say everything is "bad" etc etc... My goodness, they have the fattest people per sq.in... geez... I've been a soy eater/drinker as young as I can remember, I really, really doubt that my estrogen levels are increasing. Majority of mainland China residents rely on soy as their main food substance... I honestly don't think much of China has an estrogen problem.
Karding: What oatmeal are you eating? Quaker Oats instant has this label behind, I eat around 150g per meal that's over 300cal

Tuna ko mga 120cal per 150g serving... In terms of calories sa oils (olive oil), oats and nuts ako naghahabol.
Mahal talaga mag bulk, lalo na if you're not that "light framed" to begin with... Hehe, kung mga 130g lang na protein ang habol ko daily dali lang sakin, 160-175g of protein ako hirap... Haay...
Loving my creatine so far... I also took a cup of coffee before my workout today, juiced up ako hehe maybe because I don't usually drink coffee.

V_W: I know it's really not my business, but we're discussing anyway so I hope you dont mind me commenting on your diet... I think your diet is really bad... Please take no offense... It's just my opinion.
Pizza contains A LOT of bad enriched carbs that spike insulin tremendously. It doesn't provide good fiber nor does it provide usable carbs over a long period of time.
The volume of food per meal is a bit heavy and I doubt that even your fast metabolism can utilize these calories well.
In addition, mukang may budget ka naman sa food... Why not make it better for you?
Let's break it down...
breakfast ko:
1liter low-fat milk mixed with 100g of enervon hp
3 pancakes
You took in less than 10-15g of protein here. Not a good way to start a bulking day. Pancakes are definitely not good foods to start off with, couple that with HP, you spiked your insulin levels after 6-10hrs of fasting (sleep). Breakfast dictates your food absorbsion for the rest of the day. If you spike your insulin in the morning, the rest of the day, your consumed food will just be stored as fat and even proteins won't break down well enough to feed muscle growth.
Lunch:
3-5pizzas sa shakeys or kung may eat-all-you-can sa pizza hut, 7...
Take a look at a slice of pizza, 70% of it is dough, less than 5% of it is cheese, less than 2% of it is meat. Nothing nutricious here. Lots of calories, none goes to your muscles.
before workout meal:
burger, soya milk, chocolate cake
I hope you took these at least 60-90mins prior to exercising, otherwise, your workout will be burning these consumed calories for energy, and none of it will go to your body again.
When it comes to bulking, sweets are a big no-no... same with cutting actually, simple sugars and enriched flour products are big no-nos.
after workout meal:

Like what Karding said, post workout, you NEED to feed your body IMMEDIATELY with fast absorbing food and protein. Here's where whey protein works best. It has to be taken immediately after the workout since your body is so deprived from amino acids, glucose and protein. Solid food (especially dairy, takes a long time to digest. Just because you ingested it, doesn't mean it gets to your muscle right away. Dairy takes at least 2-3hrs to fully digest. While you deprive your body of essential protein and glucose, your body will get these nutrients from your muscles.
Fat contains no protein, so it has to come from muscle fibers.
dinner:
isang plate na puno ng spaghetti/carbonara... (3-4 servings siguro)
cheesecake...
Lots of carbs with little to no protein again. Loads of sugar...
10pm snack...
home-made pizza
Unless you can come up with over 100grams of protein in this meal, you finished your day with a very low nitrogen balance of protein.
That means muscle loss, no weight or muscle gain.
before sleep...

Same, high sugar, high GI carb...

karding: sabi na nga ba mali yun kakain before workout eh, kaya pala minsan para akong nasusuka lalo na kung nagthreadmill... kaya po walang supplements kasi off ako sa cycle... 6months straight kasi ang celltech, tapos 10months whey protein (optimum, designer, gnc, gnc megawhey, real gains, nitrotech, etc) pahinga muna kidney, pero kung may supplements, i drink optimum sa umaga(breakfast) nitrotech after workout, realgains/nitrotech before sleep... regarding kung paano nakakaya ng tiyan ko yun 1liter milk, nasanay kasi ako since bata ako na malakas uminom ng milk, ang 250ml-350ml isang sip ko lang yun...
the_veed: okay lang na nagcomment ka, thanks! i have a problem kasi... i only eat italian foods, pero minsan i eat burger and fries... i dont eat chicken and fish... im not in a diet, pero sana gusto ko kahit papaano healthy pero hindi ko naman magawa... more than 10g of protein yun breakfast ko kasi yun 1liter of milk may 35g of protein, 9g din yun HP for every 40g... ano ba magandang diet para sa akin na may food problems?
dati kumakain ako ng oatmeal before breakfast... pero kakasawa na, since sabi niyo maganda ito, siguro palitan ko pancakes with oatmeal... mahirap alisin yun pizza and pasta sa diet ko kasi wala na akong kakaiinin, i tried not to eat pasta for dinner kanina, i ate 5 eggs na lang... kung kanin and spam/hotdog maganda ba? or puro fats nanaman...
ang lakas ko sa fats pero hindi ako mataba... pero wala rin ako masyadong cuts

cutedoc baka naman kasi sa gnc ka kumukuha...
oo nga pala may budget naman ako sa food, except kung padeliver sa bahay at dito sa bahay, hindi kasi ako magbabayad... kaya yun lunch ko tipid talaga... hindi ako umiinom ng softdrinks puro tap water lang or fountain, sayang yun pera ko eh...

also ilan estimated calories/protein ng 1 cup of rice? coz im tryin' to have 1 cup of rice for one of my breaks and 2 cups for lunch.. on my other break skyflakes na lang or donuts..

Okay, time to re-load my stock of Whey. I just placed an order of 5lbs ON and 600grams CGT-10. 10lbs na ON Whey ang gusto ko orderin, pero I need to know how it taste first.
theveed, I hope the CGT-10 really works. Pero I read na Glutamine is essential din and it has a cell-volumizing effects din. I'll take it with my POW meal. Second POW meal of the day will be taken along with my AST Creatine na lang until maubos. Off days ko, AST Micronize pa din until maubos then CGT-10 na lang ang reload ko.
