Sinus Allergy? Anyone?

Not sure if sinus allergy yung condition ko.
But hindi naman always runny nose.
May clogged parati at the back of my nose, parang ma trigger if dusty ang paligid.

Parang wala daw gamot para sa condition na to.
Until I bought this one to declogged my nose (Nose Cleaner Nasal Irrigator)

So far, effective naman, distilled water always gamit ko.
Then the salt solution na mabili rin sa lazada/shopee.
Di ko lang alam if may expiry tong bottle na to?
Also, if maubusan, nag try ako pure salt i mix ng distilled water.
Not sure if this is a good idea.
Salt sa pagkakaalam ko is di madadapuan ng bacteria (tama ba?)
I am not using idodized salt, hindi ako kampante gamitin siya to mix with distilled water.
Reason daw why need salt solution is to kill bacteria or fungi ba yan na nagcause ng slimy liquid inside the nose.
