    Upping this thread of mine.

    13 years of suffering.

Ang this quarantine, my sinus allergy coincided with my first ever and 2nd hypertension episode. Not saying it is the cause but I have a feeling it triggers it.

I use the treadmill and trainer bike regularly kaya hindi ako kulang sa exercise.

My 5yrd old also not has some allergy too - sounds like post nasal drip.

My doctor prescribed nasal rinse (flo sinus) and Mosaspsray (mometasone furuate)

Do you have carpeting? Molds? Mother-in-law has this same issue. They got her a heavy duty air purifier. She hasn't had any episodes.

I love cold weather....attacks are triggered more by changes in atmospheric pressure.

I have allergic rhinitis. It’s mostly related to dust or strong odors (perfume) or seasonal. I learned to live with it since having it at a young age.

In extreme cases, I would go see an allerologist to get prescription meds (mostly steroids) but most of the time I just dose up with Montelukast and Benadryl.

I have no issues with cold weather (even very cold freezing weather) but the allergy attacks usually happen when the season changes (cold to hot, hot to cold).
