Please don't take me for a Van Exel defender.

I just hope the Mavs made the right move. While they got a quality big man in Jamison, they lost a good back-up PG in Van Exel who can deliver in the clutch. While Nash is still there, Cuban had better hope he doesn't go down with an inury because there's no one else on the line-up who could run the offense. I don't think Raja Bell can play point since he's more of a two guard.

Also, I thought they were grooming Avery Johnson to get involved in the coaching staff starting next season. Well, maybe it'll work out. Let's see...

altis, tama ka kasi nilaro ko nba live 2003
wala ngang back up point ang dallas, well as for now
pero kasi tempting yung unloading yung so-so players nila for a jamison, fortson
van exel as we know nga nasa trading block since last season pa.

as for avery johnson, they still pay him as a player kahit hindi na naglalaro, they pass his salary to golden state then retired, off the books ng warriors, then mavs will get him as an assistant coach.

dallas needs inside scoring and toughness inside the paint. most of dallas' shots are taken from 3-point arc or perimeter. you hardly see post up moves from la frentz or bradley. Jamison is both good inside and out. Fortson is a rebound monster even at 6'8.

yup,im a 'van-excellent' fan myself but somehow, run&gun small-ball just wont do it anymore, * least if dallas wants 2 be a championship contender.finley wouldn't have 2 play SF anymore & will be wat he shud be.but it wud rili be a problem 4 dem hu's going 2 be subbng 4 nash...he myt not last till d playoffs!

as expected dallas is looking for a back up point man, and waiving chris mills and his 6.6 million 1 year contract
very tempting for a over the salary cap teams
